I really did just drop a little, "oh hey guys, new logo for my YouTube channel refresh!" And then...didn't say a dang thing over here for like a month... Give me a quick second!

I am currently in the middle of refreshing my YouTube channel's aesthetic a bit, as I prepare to upload my recent commission work on it. Going to retire Spencer (my lizard mascot) and the neon, club like aesthetic and use a new look that closer matches my current fursona. Still got a lot of work to do, so bear with me. In the meantime, here's a look at the new logo I've prepared for this refresher!

Apologies for not posting much. I have been going through some minor burnout as of late.

Another redesign attempt. This time using a Piranha Plant variant I made sometime in 2011. Judging from the series of sketches this Electro Piranha was apart of, I was probably going through Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside story at the time. As an aside, good lord are these creatures a pain in the rear to draw from a 3/4 angle.

Recently discovered my ancient DeviantArt account that I made sometime in 2006. A lot of the art there seems to just be random stream of conscious sketches and...sheet music? Anyways, one of the pieces I found was this page of some funky round creatures. Judging from the art and the variety of them, I suppose I was going through a massive Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door phase back then. Thought it would be fun to redraw these critters, so here they are again, almost 19 years later!

Felt like doodling Yoshi recently. Also wanted to experiment more with this new, "Vector -> Raster" method of art I've been playing around with recently. This was also a good opportunity to mess about with Yoshi's palette and try out some ideas that deviated from their official colors.
