Ok google, how do I stop feeling like I should be shot for not being efficient enough at work?

#the guilt is all consuming #i didn't sleep well so i was super tired at work and i had a hard time focusing #i feel like it barely got anything done #i can't help feeling guilty that they pay me above minimum wage whilst im barely capable of giving anything above the bare minimum #if it was a big business i probably wouldnt care as much but i work for a non profit 😭#squash talking #vent #mental health #guilt #anxiety disorder

I feel insane, there's like 3 different instances this summer where I participated in some raffle or giveaway, only to never hear from it ever again? Like not just "I didn't win" obviously, but they just never announced a winner?

Well ok, one of them they did announce a winner, but it was like... two months after the initial date they were supposed to announce.

The second one I just never heard from again, they never gave a date when they'd announce the winner. Maybe it was done through an insta story that I missed, but there was no post at all just being like... "the raffle is done we have accumulated X amount of money". Nothing.

And the third one, they just deleted the post lol, thankfully it was a giveaway, so I didn't lose money.

Idk what's up with all that, but it sucks lol

#also gotta specify it wasn't some shady “win an iphone” giveaway #it was like...#a local pride organization #a local palestine funds thing #and a local cinema #so seemingly more trustworthy #the prices were all so good i'm sad i didn't hear back from any #squash talking
