WARNING FOR AN ACTIVE PEDOPHILE IN THE OSDDID COMMUNITY

The abuse began before he joined the Octocon servers and continued through the ticket. Currently, it's believed he did not target any Octocon server members. If he did approach you, please reach out to me via tumblr DMs with evidence. If you are in any servers with this predator, I would notify the server owner immediately as he is an active threat and continues to target minors. He has started to change his usernames and hide under different accounts. His previous username was Suunn, but he has now changed it to Lustre.

Trigger warning for pedophilia and grooming under the readmore.

It begins with messages from the victim and ends with screenshots of evidence I was given as well as transcripts for the images. Anything too explicit was not added to the post.

The first message I received from the victim of the predator:

"Hi!! I'm the person who sent the anonymous ask about the paedophile and the fact that he was actively grooming someone while being investigated. I know this because I was the person who he groomed. I will send images over soon. I want it to be knwon he did it twice, once for a couple months when I was 15 and then for a couple months when I was 16."

An observation made by the victim of the predator:

"This one is more of something I found interesting that relates to the previous incident" "He specifically told me he would never change his name so victims would be able to feel safe." "Then all of this got brought up and it became popular and he suddenly changed his username to avoid it"

A final note made by the victim of the predator. It contains a rundown of the entire situation and a personal note at the end for fellow victims of pedophiles and groomers:

"When I first met Suunn it was, admittedly, not in the best situation. I was in a roleplay server and lying about my age. I did this for a multitude of reasons but they come down to three separate things. 1) I had just gotten out of another grooming situation and was targeted because I stated I was a minor and wanted to safeguard myself. 2) The roleplay server had recently changed to be 18+ and, at the time, the roleplay server was the only thing I had going for me. The idea of losing my hyperfixation and having nothing else was very distressing. 3) Simple peer pressure to confine with everyone else. Admittedly, these are all very stupid reasons to lie about your age and the 15 year old version of me was very stupid to do this. Suunn romantically pursued me thinking I was 18 and I let him because I was desperate to have the attention I previously received from my past groomer. I should also add that I am hypersexual, and due to this people with hypersexuality are more likely to put themselves in dangerous situations, especially minors. I am not using this to excuse my actions but but help explain them. I take full responsibility for these actions and understand that I made multiple people unsafe and uncomfortable. I have since apologised to those people and they were very understanding of the issue. I am still on a talking basis with one of these people and I am very grateful for their forgiveness." "Suunn was the first and only person part of that server that I made aware of my true age. I told him after three months that I was in fact 15 and not 18. I was surprised when he said he did not care and was fine with it. I attempted to put down boundaries to protect myself again but soon fell in on them due to consistent approaches from Suunn. I believe this is called the Fawn Response." "Suunn continued to pursue me for three more months, consistently love bombing me before cutting all contact randomly and waiting for me to desperately crawl back. And I did. Because I was 15. Eventually Suunn had enough of this and cut contact for the final time." "Because of the nature of this entire situation and my lies I have chosen to not include any screenshots from this time. Lying about my age was a stupid thing and I don't want that action to effect the evidence I give." "This is what leads onto the next situation. Months had went by, I blocked him to help protect myself due to friend reccomendations. I celebrated my 16th birthday. It was September 2024 in which I checked my blocked accounts page. I noticed that Suunn as well as my past groomer had the same profile picture, which made me interested to investigate. It was during this in which I saw the last message he sent was edited. He talked about how his grandparents had a similar age gap and how he couldn't get over me and asked me to reconnect with him. In a moment of weakness, I stupidly accepted." "I once again tried to lay down ground rules. To help safeguard myself. Eventually these all fell in again. Once again, the Fawn Response. Soon enough I was being sexually and romantically pursued again. By now I was "hopelessly in love" and was desperate for the attention he gave me. I was being neglected in my life by family and friends and Suunn was practically promising all the attention I wished for. It was a dream come true. It was also during this time in which I had to return to a very neglectful and abusive household. Suunn helped me out of the situation and I felt in debt to him."

"Suunn continued to pursue me, even during the time of which he was being investigated for being a predator by Octocon. He only cut contact when he was kicked from the server, and even then that didn't last long when I tried to contact him through tumblr to find out what was happening. He continued to talk to me until cutting contact for the last time on February 13th, 2025. It just so happened that Feburary 14th 2025 was when I received an "early birthday" gift from him, consisting of Dutch snacks, some presents, and two sex toys, one of which having been previously owned and used by him." "That leads us up to today. It is important to me that people know the entire story, not only so they're aware, but so I cannot be targeted for lying or not telling the whole truth. If you have been a victim of Suunn please reach out to this tumblr page. It is because of them I got the confidence to speak out about this issue. As for his previous victim which started all of this. I am sorry this happened to you. I could never wish something like that on anyone. I thought about making all of this anonymous at first but now I think there's no point. Suunn will know it is me no matter what. It's important to me that I speak out and let other victims know it's okay. It may not be now, it may not be ever, but with enough support and time, it'll get at least a fraction better. I'm genuinely not surprised about this because when the bot first launched I brought awareness to them of a different openly pedo person who also faked being intersex and a poc and they were like "oh this isn't really a bannable offence :("

Unfortunately, I have confirmed that the pedophile was actively grooming at least 1 minor before, during, and after his stay in the Octocon servers. I will not be posting any of the evidence that contained explicit sexual messages, but know that it exists. During a discussion someone brought up how dismissive the wording of the announcement was towards the situation, and how it tried to downplay the situation of the pedophile personally admitting to sexually traumatizing a 14 year old.

How is COCSA any better than CSA/ pedophilia? Are rapists/sexual abusers allowed in the server as long as the assault ocurred between people within the same age group? Is there an expiration date for the offending date of a rapist/pedophile? Does it no longer matter to them if it was "too long ago"?

The situation occurred over 3 years prior to the ticket being submitted, in August 2021.

The user in question appeared to have been 17 (and/or barely 18) when the situation occurred; thus, the situation appeared to be closer to COCSA (child-on-child sexual abuse) than pedophilia.

I would hope not, since in the announcement they claim to be moving forward with a zero-tolerance policy on predators. Regardless, the announcement was poorly worded and dismissive of survivors of COCSA and those with older trauma/abuse histories.

What’s ur thoughts on the announcement made from Octocon?

I do think it's funny that Atlas is trying to portray the situation as if I am attacking the community and app for its eventual shutdown. He does have a track record of interpreting criticism of the app or himself as hate and an attack with ulterior motives.

I see it as a very blatant attempt to push blame and anger, making it an "us vs. them" issue where I am leading a "hate movement against octocon" so that "octocon has to shut down" for a "mistake they made and realized was a mistake and rectified on their own" when there is no proof for any of these claims, and while I have proof for the claims that I made that I have posted and transcribed.

Did you know the decision to allow the pedophile to stay was reversed one day after I had posted about it publically on this blog? A week after the final decision to let him stay?

The timeline of events was stated in my evidence post:

"The original private ticket was posted on the 19th of January, 2025. The creator and moderators made the final decision to allow the pedophile to stay in the servers 8 days later on the 27th of January, 2025. Atlas, the creator of the app/bot, replied to my public post a little over 24 hours after I had posted it on the 6th of February, 2025, reversing the decision and banning the pedophile."

But I haven't said anything about how suspicious that timing is, because I can't check the staff channels to see if it was me publicizing the decision that caused the change. The purpose of this blog was to bring light to a situation that I found to be dangerous for a community of vulnerable people. I purposefully did not speculate on anything if I did not have proof of it, yet Atlas felt it was ok to do so to me and anyone else who disapproves of how the situation was handled.

I was given less than 24 hours to see the message, think about the offer, and reply. He reached out to me the second time after he had already posted the very long announcement making unfounded claims about me. Yet a pedophile, who I am finding out may have been actively grooming another minor during the time of the ticket, was allowed to stay in the servers for over 2 weeks after the team was given the screenshots in my evidence post where he admitted to sexually abusing and traumatizing a minor.

I will also mention that this blog has been active since February 6th, 2025. This announcement was posted nearly 3 months after this blog's creation. Coincidentally, I also did not get much attention on my posts until late April. "Coincidentally", it took the posts gaining attention for them to be "transparent about the situation" and make an announcement.

This is a lot to take in! I will likely be discussing this for at least a few days with victims of the situation(s) and predator(s) before I make another official post about it. As it stands, I currently don't have much else to say about the announcement. If anyone is curious about my thoughts about any specific parts of the announcement, feel free to send an ask with a portion of the announcement quoted, and I will reply when I have the time to.

tldr; The announcement feels very disingenuous and more a reaction to how my posts have gained attention than made out of any real care for the victims of the situation and other vulnerable members. The wording of the announcement is purposefully chosen to position me an an enemy of the community with no evidence to back up any of their claims, and was likely posted to manipulate the situation and their community members and not to offer full transparency about the situation.

also looking through this profile I saw the ask about the aspenmod who "posted a minors pk in gen chat to fake claim them". that's not what happened, they posted a screenshot or something of a tulpamancers factive of themselves, which was racially charged and insensitive, and complained about it as during this time the server was extremely small and it was a safe space. they did not mod willingly for aspen, it was an insane power dynamic bc aspen had contact with their abuser. just want to clear things up as I know the situation and people involved personally

I would like to see the evidence that makes you claim this person is an antisemite, but I likely won't make a post about it as this blog isn't meant to call out server members.

I do know who you are talking about though. Several users noticed he had incestuous art of brothers kissing in his banner, and one person reported it to the moderators. He also has a track record for making outlandish claims about certain groups of survivors and is banned in multiple servers due to spreading misinformation and being extremely aggressive during general discussions.

Basically Atlas is completely unable to communicate with disabled people and has no understanding of how importing an entire system from SP (very private, and I know this because my friends work in cybersecurity and have tried to get into my simply plural without having access) to Plural Kit (public to anyone who has your discord account's userID, or has your system tag [given to you by PK]).

This importation means that people who have private or sensitive alters have their privacy compromised.

One of my girlfriends made a post during a bout of paranoia about this, and the information in the post is shoddily worded but substantially correct.

The alt text includes a translated version of this if you cannot understand because xi is semiverbal and struggles to communicate.

I think it's important to note that

"Octocon is not safe for us" is a fact and cannot be disputed by any person because that's for the individual to assess and come to their own conclusion. It's also a personal statement and does not suggest that Octocon is unsafe for everyone.

"Must import using discord bot which is not private." PluralKit is not a private bot, it doesn't make any claim to be. And idk if it's still true but at the time it was posted, the only way to import from Simply Plural was to import to PluralKit first and then to Octocon. SP imports to PK to do not take privacy settings into consideration and I know this because I had to manually delete more than 200 imported alters from the bot.

In the comments of this post, Atlas calls it "disingenuous fearmongering. :P" which is disregards all of the valid fears and doesn't actually explain to the cognitively disabled and paranoid system things that could reassure xim. It's also just rude as well as being cruel and dismissive.

I am only including a couple of the comments before I got involved because honestly a lot of them are "wah wah you're wrong [strawman fallacy]" from atlas and some other person defending atlas and then a "why aren't you actually reading what I'm saying" from ghost.

Then I got involved because my priority was my boyfriend who was actively having a breakdown and I was helping xi.

So, as you can see, the problem is not with the app Octocon. The problem is the importation of data. And then Atlas completely misunderstood the conversation, accussed someone of fearmongering and then didn't respond to me calling them an unsafe place for disabled people or for excluding disabled from their community, an issue that is very prominent in system spaces anyway but that's another post.

I do not have a screenshot of the conversation because the post with taken down BUT there was also a conversation about the accessibility features of the app not being adequate and Atlas doubled down and said that they included accessibility tools, which is a complete disregard to what the commentor was originally saying. You can include accessibility tools and still be inaccessible, for example if your UI is difficult to navigate and there aren't any tutorials but you have a dyslexia friendly font.

Anyway yeah, I personally don't care about the actual app anymore, I refuse to use it or ever have the bot in my discord servers due to the negligence and ableism shown by the developers and how those who support it are also ableist themselves.

I was able to snag the pedo's user ID from old messages in the support server. For those that wish to ban them before they can even get access to your server(s), this is their user ID: 283684201944055808

To ban people that aren't in your server(s), use <@[user ID]>. Send the message that gives you their account, right click the profile and click "ban" So in this case, it would be <@283684201944055808>. Send, right click, and ban.

I was able to check the pedophile's user ID and it does match the ID in this ask. If you want to pre-ban this user from your servers, the instructions above should work. Thank you anon.

The pedophile was actually in both the community and support servers. He had a conversation with Atlas about coding/programming in the support server while the ticket with him confessing to abusing a minor was still open.

This is also apparently not the first time this has happened. I'm currently talking to another victim who experienced a similar issue with the octocon moderators before the one I posted. I won't make an official post until I get enough evidence, but I am horrified that the moderators and owner of the octocon servers have possibly defended pedophiles multiple times.

edit: To add, I know nothing about the Aspen/Aspen mod situation. I received an anonymous ask informing me the situation is not what the asker here is claiming happened. My reblog of this ask is only to address that this asker is incorrect about the pedophile's activity in the Octocon servers.

Hey about the octo thing. I’m in the server, I think they (as in the person they’re calling out) only interacted in their social server. BUT!!! They did actively harbor and allow an Aspen mod, who posted a minors PK in the public gen chat to fake claim them. I’m unsure of who it is exactly, as they have changed their whole theming. (It used to be a pikman character.) but I know multiple people who saw them do this lol.

Atlas: We've reevaluated the situation and have chosen to ban this individual from all of Octocon's communities. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions. Our decision to take inaction was mostly guided by the fact that both individuals involved were minors at the time of the incident, and that the incident occurred 3 years ago, but we now realize that the possibility of falsely banning someone is much less important than potentially putting our community at risk. As administrators of a mixed-age space, we have a moral imperative to protect our community's vulnerable - especially minors - and trust reporters who have genuine concerns for their safety. OCTOCON BEWARE

TLDR; A pedophile that has admitted to abusing a minor is in the Octocon servers, and the creator of the bot and the moderator team for the servers have stated they will not do anything about it. The Octocon servers allow minors and have minors active in the server.

If you are in a server that uses and has ever recommended a member go to either of the Octocon servers, I ask that you please notify the mod team so that they are aware there is a predator in the servers they are recommending their members to.

The creator of Octocon and the moderators of the Octocon discord servers were made aware of a pedophile that sexually abused and traumatized a 14 year old when he was 18 years old. The evidence submitted into a private ticket with the moderators was the pedophile admitting to doing so in a private message with a user that I will keep anonymous.

After over a week of inaction from the Octocon mods, where the pedophile was allowed to talk in the servers with minors and staff members, the moderator team came to the decision that they will allow the predator to continue to use the servers as "The situation is too old and complex for simple moderators on a discord server to judge." I found the inaction of the moderators and final decision disturbing. The fact that this was all handled quietly and server members were not made aware of this decision at all was extremely discomforting to me. I personally have decided to move away from the bot/app and ended my support for it due to the complete lack of care the owner and staff has expressed in regards to member safety by letting a self-admitted pedophile chat with minors in their servers. I reached out to the user who had initially brought up the concerns to the moderator team for permission to make a post about it so people are aware of the situation.
