On a more serious note I do feel really bad for Nyck. The alpha’s a shitbox and he deserves more time to get used to it. Both of the other rookies have had car that produced results for their teammates yet Yuki has only finished in the points on one occasion. It’s not like Yuki is leading the championship and Nyck is underperforming in a good car. I love Redbull, I love the brand in general and what they stand for but it’s gets harder and harder to defend them when they constantly mistreat anyone who is seb or max. On the other hand I can see the reasoning. I despise Christian Horner but he’s probably one of if not the best business men on the grid. It’s all about money and results and if you can produce one of those things you’re out, it’s the simple nature of the sport. The difference is that most teams have the common courtesy to wait till the end of the season before they ditch a driver. But In the words of Max Verstappen “it’s very simple if you’re not performing then you are out.”
