[TRIGGER WARNING] So I took this photo yesterday. And I'm just posting it because a year ago yesterday I was in a much worse place than I've been at recently. I was close to suicide and covered in cuts. But since then I've become the only person to stay in my life and the only person to love myself and take care of myself and I haven't taken a blade to my skin since. I was the only person to ever hold myself up and tuck myself in on bad nights. So from suicide attempts a year ago to being able to be somewhat okay in my own skin I just want anyone going through hard times to know that it does get better eventually. I can't say I've fully overcome my depression and other problems but I can say that I'm going to someday. And I can't deny that I do look pretty happy.
