Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

You're the only person he's affectionate with and genuinely so. It's not just about sex or a quick fling with you like some other angels/winners he was seeing before you. He holds a much deeper type of feeling for you, something he didn't even have with Lilith or Eve, and unlike with them, Adam isn't planning on letting you go no matter what, even if you're willing in the relationship or not. For that reason alone, I feel like he'd be pretty intense with it: heated make-out sessions, ''inappropriate'' grabbing, be that your ass or thighs, and just possessive holding on the waist or around the shoulder in general. He puts on this act in public so the others won't catch on to how low he has fallen with the way he feels about you, he doesn't want his ''cool guy'' image to be tarnished just because he's soft for you. But in private he's more gentle, considerate, and even pathetic with how he treats you, always asking for permission or where you would like to be touched.

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

Not at all. You're obviously up in Heaven with him and it's not like Adam has any interest in making Heaven his personal blood bath, so he's pretty chill. If you were an Exterminator like him though, he would get pretty messy, wanting to impress you with how gruesomely and fast he finishes the enemy. He wants to show just how powerful he is and that he's the only one you should depend on. But if you're just a regular angel or winner, then you obviously don't know anything about his "work-life", so like I said at the beginning, he's pretty chill...mostly

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

Only if you'd tick him off, by which I mean disobeying him or acting out. He'd be like: "Oh, boohoo, stop your fucking whining and get over it! You're fucking mine now, bitch!" Or anything along those lines. He'd basically refer to you like you're inferior to him and say that you should be grateful that the Adam graces you with his time and presence. Which is funny because no matter how much Adam likes to pretend you're below him, he secretly worships you and thinks you're his God. So even though Adam has his occasional slip-up of being way too aggressive and mean to you than he intends to be, he always tries to make it up to you later in some way. Even though he won't admit to it, he always feels guilty for treating you horribly, so don't be surprised when you hear a very half-assed apology from him or a present of some kind to indicate he is sorry, because he genuinely does feel guilty even if his words or actions don't portray that in the best of ways.

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

Yes, that being quality time together and affection. If you're well-behaved, you'd be allowed to walk around Heaven "freely" with him. But only on the condition that all of your time and attention is on him, you're not allowed to go anywhere alone without him. You wanna go bawling? Eat somewhere? Just hang out outside? That's fine, as long Adam is right next to you. So basically no privacy. Adam does not hold back on affection, whether in private or in public his arm/hand is either always on you or around you. He may be super clingy, but he's considerate enough to stop touching you in any inappropriate way out in public if you tell him to. Which he gets super bummed over and will beg you relentlessly to let him be bolder with his affection for you, no matter the answer he will respect it, apprehensively, but he will.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

Adam, vulnerable? Never. Even though you are the only person he would ever wanna be or feel so exposed with, he's just too prideful and insecure to let himself do that. He feels like he shouldn't feel anything but good about himself and to always act like the top dog no matter how he truly feels. You'd really have to try hard to get him to open up to you like that, but no matter how close you get you'll just be faced with a greatly angered Adam. Bearing his heart to you comes off as easier for him though. He's super confident about it, even though his wording sounds extremely awkward, showing just how new he is to actually loving someone in the way he loves you. You can always tell he's forcing himself to sound more considerate or romantic, he means everything he says of course, it just sounds fake because it comes out of his mouth so it feels uncanny even for him.

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

Just a bunch of irritated and confused cursing as he tries to calm you down. He doesn't necessarily curse at you, he just does as he struggles to come up with anything that won't be him just screaming at you and calling you names. But to answer the question directly, he doesn't like it, mostly. There is a tiny bit of him that does enjoy it because he finds you hot when you're angry, but he'll still much rather you not try to kick and bite him just to escape you're shared home. Adam would try to restrain you as fast and gently as possible, pinning you down and holding you're wrists behind your back before pushing you to a secluded room and locking you in there till you calm down.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

Adam is certainly amused by your attempts of trying to get away, but it doesn't mean he endorses it or doesn't get bored of it quickly. If you do it frequently then he'd just become more and more irritated, struggling to keep himself composed and not accidentally hurt you or your feelings. Not to mention, at some point, he'd realized how fucked he'd be if you did escape and anyone would find out that he kidnapped you so he gets more stressed and forceful with keeping you in instead of out. So it's a no for the most part.

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

Hard to say... I think it depends on what kind of person you are and how much are you willing to tolerate when in regards to your kidnapper. Adam is loud, clingy, possessive, narcissistic, insecure, prideful, arrogant, disrespectful, immature, ignorant, selfish, etc. I could go all day honestly. Point is, if you're someone who could not handle one or more of his traits on the daily, then I'd say every day with Adam is like a nightmare to you probably.

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

Nothing too crazy, just you finally accepting that you belong with him and reciprocate his feelings. Adam just wants you to want him in the same way he wants you, living a normal and loving domestic life together, is that too much to ask?

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

Adam is the jealous type! He thinks that everyone, even Lute is in some way trying to steal you away from him. He lashes out at those he deems as a threat, never outwardly blaming you for others getting in the way. Adam is immensely paranoid about you leaving or someone stealing you away, he won't let anyone steal his love away a third time. Lilith and Eve abandoning him, really left a huge scar on Adam, therefore him letting you form any sort of friendship is under his watch only. No ifs or buts, his insecure self is the one deciding who is "trustworthy" enough to spend time with you without them stealing you away. Not like he'll ever leave you alone with the person anyway.

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

I've already touched on it, but Adam views you the same way he views God, someone who should be worshipped and treated as such. The only problem is that Adam is far too insecure and prideful to treat you the way he wants to openly. He has a "reputation" to uphold in the eyes of his fellow angels so out in the open he's pretty much the same as ever, except with a little hint of softness and consideration that is only ever reserved for you. He'd try to be more gentle with you, not curse so much around you or at you, not be so loud around you, basically not be the usual ass he is. Though him being better for you is a struggle and he does slip up more often than he'd like to admit, he still won't stop trying. Anything to gain your approval and affection.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

Courting? What is that? This is "Dickmaster" we're talking about! He should be able to get you without even trying! It always worked before so why shouldn't he expect you to fall right into his arms like everyone else? But low and behold the shock he gets from you doing the opposite. You mean, he actually has to try this time??? Well, you're in luck! Cause if this was anyone else, Adam would have given up right then and there, but this is you we're talking about and he hasn't felt this way about anyone since... Ever really. So he'd approach you like he does everyone else but with a hint of anxiety to it and a very subtle change in his demeanor where he's surprisingly sweet and gentle with you.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

Not really, no. Already said it a few times before, but the way he treats you is the same as he does with everyone else with a subtle difference here and there. Adam doesn't even acknowledge half the time when his dickish humor and loud yelling suddenly shifts into soft pleading and gentle touches when he's alone with you.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

We already know Adam is sadistic and cruel just from the way he views the Exterminations as entertainment and the way he treats the sinners as trash to throw around without any regard, making the contrast drastic when it comes to you. Whether you're aware of Exterminations or not, it's surprising how this man won't even dream of putting his hands on you in any way with an intent to harm you. He basically punishes you as if you were a child: time out, no TV, no ice cream/snacks, being locked in your room, etc. It sounds degrading and it would feel that way if it weren't for the fact he sounds absolutely clueless and guilty as he enforces his punishments on you, because in reality, he has no idea what he's doing. It's laughable really with how hard he's trying to discipline you while failing at the same type because of how childish his methods are.

Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?

Just the ability to be anywhere or do anything without him. Okay, maybe not that extreme, but it depends. Like, going outside without him is a big no-no that will not be tolerated without him being with you, it will immediately result in one of his punishments back at home. The same goes with spending time or even talking with others, he has to be next to you to monitor the situation, he's not happy about letting you talk to others, but he'll put up with it if it means you warming up to him for it. That's pretty much it, you're free to roam and do whatever inside the house. It's just outside of it does Adam step in and dictates what you can or can't do.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

Adam is not a patient man by any means. With you, however? He struggles but tries to be as patient with you as he can. If you don't disobey him or fight back in any way then he acts like his usual clingy self around you. He's surprisingly patient with you slowly letting him in, sure he still forces his affections onto you, but he'll back away the moment you tell him to. Adam more than anything wants you to finally submit yourself to him so he can go as far with you as he desires, so he'll be patient with you as long as you need. After all, he's not only with you so you can please him, if it were about that he wouldn't have you locked up in his home with him, would he?

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

No, never. That would break him. His first and second wife left him for the most hated being in all of creation and the sole reason evil even exists in the world. And now you, someone who at some point he realized you outshine both Lilith and Eve in every aspect, his perfect little angle/winner. Adam would go through Hell and back just to have you back with him, destroying everything and anyone in his path who dares to keep you two apart. Death is not an option and escaping/leaving is hardly a possibility with how glued to you he is 24/7. But if you did manage to somehow get out while you can, there would never be a time of day when you wouldn't have to look over your shoulder in fear he won't eventually find you. Because he will. He will always find you.

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

No, and no. Such a thought won't ever even cross his mind! You should feel honored that out of everyone he picked you! You belong together, and Adam knows you'll someday feel the same about him. He's never willingly letting you go, that's for sure.

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

His last two serious relationships left a huge psychological scar on Adam, one that he pretends doesn't exist by being a huge ass. Since his last wife left him, he hasn't fallen in love with anyone until he met you, or at least not in such an odd way. He hasn't been this happy since his time in the Garden of Eden! You sparked him back to life in such a way his previous relationships could never achieve, and he intends to keep it that way.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

Instant internal panic. He hates seeing you like this, seeing you at your lowest really bothers him. You really bring out the humane part of him with how bad and guilty he feels seeing you in such a state. Which only makes the situation worse cause he has no idea what to do or how to help you. He'll do just about anything to get you to stop crying/screaming, put on a show for you, give you gifts, get your favorite snacks, try to gently calm you down, and even hug you if you let him. If you're isolating though, surprisingly he will give you some space for a bit, hoping you'll deal with whatever it is you're dealing with eventually. But if hours run by and you're still sulking in the corner, he's right by your side trying anything to cheer you up, and again, try to wrap his arms around you as he whispers sweet reassuring words into your ear and kisses your cheek. Adam at no point knows what he's doing or how to help you exactly, never been forced into a position of comforting someone, he just knows he hates seeing you like this and has to find a way to help you before he starts to get annoyed and potentially lash out at you, and lord knows he doesn't want that to happen.

Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

He doesn't kill his ''competition''. You're both up in Heaven and he can't exactly harm or kill one of his fellow angels or winners just because he's jealous, it would only risk you two becoming fallen or worse, you being taken away from him. None of these options would ever happen, but if they did somehow come true, you better know Adam is fighting tooth and nail to get you back, even if it results in his own downfall.

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

Pretending to finally have fallen for him. While a little suspicious at first, if you play your cards right, you can easily fool him into believing you reciprocate his feelings. Adam is instantly over the moon the minute you say you finally love him, he has his arms wrapped around you in a second before kissing you all over. He feels like he's smitten for you all over again, instantly bending to your every call and whim. You can easily exploit him into letting you do whatever you want, like easily returning to whatever life you had before meeting Adam and pretending like you being kidnapped and forced to love him never happened. The only downside is that he's more clingy and affectionate than ever, never leaving you alone for long, and if you want to be able to have your old life back then be prepared to pretend to love him for the rest of your eternal days! Because once Adam catches on that you've been lying, your relationship is instantly brought back to how it used to be, except it's worse because whatever freedom you once had before this whole fiasco is gone. It feels like his past is back to haunt him, reliving does same scars both of his wives left him, instantly becoming colder and meaner toward you for some time, it will take a long time for Adam to forgive you and trust you again, if ever.

Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

No, absolutely not. Surprising isn't it? But with how highly he views you without you even realizing, he'd rather have the Exterminations be completely disbanded altogether if it means him never purposefully harming you. Sure, he may be a little too forceful with you sometimes or accidentally go too far but he never means to, he even immediately jumps away from you like a scared cat if he even hears you let out a pained sound from the way he's holding you. Adam sucks at apologizing or feeling empathy in general, but with you, it's a whole different story. His apologies still come off as somewhat forced or like he doesn't mean them, but he truly does and will do and say just about anything if it means you forgiving him and letting him hold you again.

Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

You are his sole purpose and the only thing he cares and thinks about 24/7. Of course, he worships you! Well, not openly at least. He's just scared that if anyone else catches on to how he really feels about you his reputation would go down the drain and he can't let that happen! That's why you'll only see this worshipping side of him in private, only then will you experience Adam sitting on his knees in front of you, begging for you to finally let him in and let him love you, showering you with endless praise while doing so. He'll do and say just about anything to finally win you over. He's a closeted simp is what I'm getting at.

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

A week at most before he decides he should just steal you away to have you all to himself. I say this cause at the beginning Adam does try to court you like he did his previous dates before deciding you're different and matter so much more to him than anyone ever could or did. He can't even comprehend not living without you and letting you slip away so might as well just speed up the process of you living in his home with him like the happy couple you are! Not.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

Depending on your tolerance of his general bullshit self, maybe??? I'm more inclined to say no though. Adam would never strive to break you on purpose, heck the more you refuse his love the faster he'll be the one to break in the relationship. But seriously, I don't think it's possible to break being with Adam, at most you're always annoyed with him and hate life but that's about it.

The worst part about Homelander is the fact you can't fight a man like him off. He's an entitled supe who's used to getting what he wants as Vought pampers him. He's a supe strong enough to take what he wants if it isn't given to him.

It baffles Homelander that you refuse him. He acts like he's never been refused in his life. Which, knowing him, was probably true due to how scared Vought was of him.

Homelander wants your attention. He wants you. So in his mind, you should be happy giving yourself to him in order to make him happy.

He originally had you able to free roam the home Vought gave him. With a little bit of convincing he managed to have Vought give him a home for the both you. After all, they'd give anything to prevent a scandal.

However, Homelander grew increasingly more irritated when you ignored him. You kept treating him like a monster, looking away when he came home and feeling tense when he held you. Your defiance drove Homelander mad.

It was hard to tell if he was oblivious, delusional, or just didn't care about his actions. Ironically his response to you thinking he's a monster... was to show he was. You just hoped he'd be nice... let you go... then you can never associate yourself with Vought ever again.

Yet instead he clips some chains to you, restraining your ability to move. Why should you have such a privilege in this house if you ignore him? Now he has to force you to look his way....

You were blankly staring down at your chains as Homelander walks in the room, eyes cold for a moment before he sits in front of you. You reluctantly return his gaze, hissing at the cold metal on your skin. Was there ever a day he didn't wear that ridiculous costume?

"We need to talk." His voice cuts through the tension like a laser, your heart dropping to your stomach at the idea. Talk... talks with Homelander always manage to unnerve you. No matter how hard he tries, they always sound threatening.

"Can we talk without the chains?" You try to bargain even now, only to hear Homelander snort in amusement.

"Without them? Do you even know why I put them on, dear?" Homelander grins, hiding his irritation. He leans closer, cupping your cheek as he strokes the skin. “You haven’t been paying enough attention to me lately, so I had to do something about it.”

You want to pull away but you know you aren't in the position to do that. The chains, now that their purpose has been confirmed, are a reminder of your "transgressions". If you want them off... you have to give him what he wants...

Just like everyone else in this world.

You force yourself to lean into his touch. The supe in front of you grins at the submission, standing up. You go to ask where he's going... only for him to settle himself behind you.

"You owe me, you know..." Homelander mutters, "I've been craving your touch for days now... It's about time you give me that."

You're harshly pulled against the supe, his strength a silent threat that if he applied too much pressure you'd break. You feel him breathe in your scent, lightly pressing his lips to your neck. You squirm uncomfortably against him yet his grip never relents.

"I'd kill for your attention..." Homelander murmurs against your skin, eyes darting over to look at your face as he presses your back against his chest. You know damn well he isn't bluffing. "Come on... talk to me... I want you to pay attention to me...."

At your lack of response, you feel his grip tighten around your waist. You flinch, feeling bruises form. Homelander kisses the shell of your ear, doing his best to get you to respond to him.

“If you beg enough I might consider loosening these chains.” Homelander purrs. "Give me what I want and I'll give you what you want... stop being so stubborn...."

The idea of the cold chains not being on your skin is tempting. Tempting enough to make you consider listening. Swallowing the little pride you have left, you lean into his touch.

"Please... I want the chains off..." You plead, trying to appeal to the monstrous man with puppy eyes. "I'll pay more attention, I promise..."

Homelander doesn't bother hiding the groan that escapes him as he grins. He then turns you around, the chains clinking against the floor at the movement. You're forced onto his lap... the supe pulling your face close.

"There's what I want..." Homelander praises, a hand snaking around to the back of your head. "Oh how I've been wanting this... now kiss me."

His last few words come out as a hissing command, his lips crashing onto yours. You can sense a hunger behind the force of his kiss. You hesitate for just a moment before kissing back.

The freedom he promised, even if it was only a little bit, was enough to make you choke down his taste. You feel him lick your lip before exploring your mouth. The hunger he has for you is overwhelming... the moment he pulls away making relief wash over you.

“I love seeing you so submissive. Give in to me.” Homelander praises again, hands roaming over you. You hate to admit it... but you're not entirely opposed to his touch. Most likely due to craving any sort of contact ever since your abduction.

"Now..." Homelander growls, holding your face up to look at him. "Are you going to pay attention when I want you to... or..."

His grip on you tightens again, an obvious threat to listen to him unless you want your hip to shatter.

"Will I have to threaten you with something in order to make you listen?"

"I'll listen...!" You answer quickly, Homelander's grip swapping to the chains around you. "I promise I'll listen..."

"Good..." Homelander praises, a devilish grin on his face. "That's what I like to hear...."

Homelander always gets what he wants, one way or another.

Hey!!! How do you not romanticize yanderes? I'm asking myself this because I want to write yandere, but I don't want it to seem romanticized nor be romanticization, and among Yandere writers you are the one who seems the least to romanticize these relationships.

My best advice is to focus on the horror factor.

The main insert (Darling, Reader, Obsession) should never be fine with their yandere's actions.

Focus on the darker aspects. Think of how scary stalkers can be, or how terrifying a mind break is.

Never have it seem like the yandere's actions are "okay". ALWAYS emphasize the darker tone.

Even if things seem fine between the yandere and their obsession, slip something in that shows this is WRONG. (Ex. Stockholm Syndrome, Drugging, etc.)

I hope this helps, honestly. Just amplify the fact it's TOXIC and BAD.

Being the only overweight kid who regularly gets picked on for it is still hurtful no matter how hard he tries to play it off or fight back. So having someone he can relate to with a similar body type is a plus in his book.

🔴 But let's be real for a second, we all know Cartman sucks and he doesn't have the best track record when it comes to any relationship whatsoever. But as his partner I see him letting you get away with stuff he won't let others, and by that I mean everything. He'll let you do and say whatever you want and he'll bite down on his tongue just so that he doesn't accidentally say something wrong. Cartman is a horrible human being but for you? He'll try and become aware of how he should treat you right.

🔴 Back to the wholesome headcanons! I already said it, but I wanna add a little bit more to the idea. Cartman loves your chub, okay? He won't say it out loud ever though, not to you or in front of his ''friends'' cause he thinks it's embarrassing, but he'll make sure you know it with actions alone. Not only will he let you touch him without protesting, but he'll cuddle you too! You'll either be lying in bed together or on the couch with his arms wrapped around you as he grabs and fondles your excessive skin gently. It's just so soft and squishy, how can he not like it and hold it like his favorite plushy!? He'll act like he doesn't even know what you're talking about if you say anything about it, you'll know he loves doing it though cause he'll always be blushing red as he death glares the TV in embarrassment. One way to quickly gain back Cartman's attention though is by hand-feeding him Cheesy Poofs or anything really. His face will be redder than before and he still won't talk but he'll definitely pull you closer to him as he grumbles under his breath about how: ''weak'' this is. He actually means the opposite, trust me.

🔴 If you're someone that's insecure about their weight, Cartman totally gets it, he won't say it of course but he does. He'll make sure no one ever says a word about your weight by threatening them and depending on the person it might work. Of course no one regardless would ever say anything, but Cartman doesn't trust them so he still goes out of his way to do so. Also, if you decide to stop eating because of it, he will not let that slide one bit. He'll force you to eat himself and he won't take ''no'' for an answer unless you tell him that you're just dieting and being safe with it, then he'll begrudgingly respect it.

🔴 Now onto the stealing part, he both loves it and hates it. He thinks it's cute how his hat blocks all of your vision and his coat just kind of hangs on you, covering you entirely. It's almost enough to make him let out an audible ''awww'', almost. But at the same time, you're stealing his stuff! Now he's freezing his tits off as you embarrass him in front of his ''friends''! If you were anyone else he'd scream at you, but you're his partner so all he does is whine and cling to you as he tries to force you to give him his clothes back.

🔴 They ain't many opportunities for you to steal his hat and coat though, either grab it and run when he isn't wearing it or beg for it. You can only have an opportunity of stealing it when he's playing with his "friends" and he's being The Grand Wizard or The Coon. He'll immediately figure it out once he's done playing for the day and seeing his clothes go missing so prepare to witness an angry Cartman storming into your home demanding his stuff back only for you to make him stop in his tracks out of cuteness overload when seeing you wear his clothes.

🔴 Then there's begging, it can go either way actually. You can only win this by bribing him, doing something for him, getting him something he wants, or helping him accomplish something. Of course, knowing Cartman all of those things I've mentioned are 99% of the time requests to hurt the others around him and only satisfy him. Just because he loves you, doesn't mean he won't involve you in his schemes every now and then, it's like he wants to be partners in crime with you. Hoping that you're a decent person you obviously don't agree with any of it, so it leaves you no choice but to beg. Some puppy eyes with a promise of cuddling with snacks as you watch TV make him succumb almost instantly. He'll be all grumpy about it but he secretly loves it.

🔴 Overall, Cartman isn't vocal about how he feels about your weight in fear that he won't admit to that he'll accidentally hurt your feelings. Like I said he's trying to be better for you so he prefers to show how he feels with actions. He loves your body, he relates to you, and won't change a thing about you because you make him feel secure with his own weight despite what everybody else says. And again, with the stealing thing, it's a love-hate relationship for sure. Cartman doesn't like his stuff getting touched, let alone stolen so he does get annoyed at you for it, but then again it's you that does it so he can forgive it. Plus there's no denying he finds you absolutely adorable with his clothes on, the blush on his cheeks, the halt in his movement and the odd silence says it all!

Yandere Alastor x Male Overlord Reader Headcanons

📻 Smilling is Alastor's whole thing, and even though he doesn't care if others smile or not, but as his Darling, he seems to care quite a lot! He's not that vocal about it though, only making a slight comment here and there: "You're never fully dressed without a smile!" or "A smile makes all the difference!" All to try and make you smile more. I imagine he says the same speech he did to Charlie, that a smile can be anything you want it to be and the effect it has on others.

📻 When all else fails he'd use his wits and puns to get a smile out of you, and when you finally do smile on occasion Alastor is over the moon. It's a huge success in his book, he'd immediately praise how lovely that smile looks on your face and he'd pat your head or back approvingly as well.

📻 Since you're on Overlord yourself Alastor feels nothing but respect for you. If you were a simple sinner he'd feel superior despite you being his Darling. But in this case, you're on the same level if not stronger than him so that just gives him more of a reason to make you smile, anything to get your approval, it's the only one he needs or cares for anyway. In this case, you letting him stay by your side only fuels his ego because it's a pleasure only he gets to have and no one else. You're his and he has no intentions of sharing you with anyone, he's fiercely protective and possessive over you and that includes your smile. Only he gets to see and experience your purest form, sinners would rather make a deal than die by his hand just because they saw something they shouldn't.

📻 Alastor is more than fine with having a non-chatty Darling, he doesn't speak unless he has to so he can relate to you. That said, he's only okay with it when you're quiet to everyone else but him. After all, he's only this close to you so shouldn't he earn the pleasure of hearing your voice? He'd push you for a conversation sometimes, asking you questions or just string up a conversation to the point where you're forced to respond. The longer you keep quiet the more irritated and persistent he'll become, so it's better to start sooner or later if you don't want to see Alastor slowly lose himself.

📻 Although there's no official answer to whether Alastor likes to sing or dance, I have my personal thoughts on that so I'll use them here. I think Alastor likes dancing, with a specific person that is, that being you. You won't catch him on the dancefloor with anyone but you. Though because you ain't that much of a dancer, and unlike the smile thing Alastor doesn't really mind. He is forceful with everyone else as we saw in the show, but as his Darling and fellow Overlord, he has too much respect for you to push you to do something against your will. Though if you would ever agree to dance with him, he'd be really respectful and make sure you enjoy yourself so that he'll have a chance at another dance next time. Also, you always only dance to jazz or swing music, that's one thing Alastor will always put his foot down on.

📻 Singing is the second thing Alastor would take the most seriously after smiling when it comes to his Darling. Singing is one of those things that lets you express yourself, you can show any emotion by it. Even though Alastor had like four songs in the show, I feel like he only sings when he has to, always to make himself look good or to be on the winning side. So I feel like Alastor would be a little disappointed if you chose to solve problems like a normal person instead of having a rap battle with someone. Though I feel like that's a subject he won't push on about too much despite his feelings, he'll only allude to it from time to time.

📻 Overall, the only issue Alastor would have with a Darling like that is him not smiling, but that's about it. It's the only thing he'd be aggressively vocal about and sometimes the singing one. Otherwise, he tolerates everything else about you. All Alastor needs is to have you all to himself and if it means he's the only one to witness you do any of those stuff in private, how can he complain? He much rather prefers that scenario anyway, you're his after all.

Yandere Vox x Male Overlord Reader Headcanons

📺 Unlike Alastor, Vox doesn't put that much importance on smiling like his rival, but he still views it as useful. He's a public-based Overlord, so a smile is always important to have when trying to sell his brand. You can be a part of the Vee's or not, you're still an Overlord that is either on his level or stronger, so Vox is bewildered how you don't even try to smile when talking to those below you to win them over.

📺 He'd try to explain to you how much more influence and power you could have with a smile alone: "Smile, and they'll know who's in charge here!'' or ''It's the best way to win the public's adoration!'' He just wants you to present yourself the same way he does. He'd be really disappointed if you continued to refuse his idea, but once you smiled at something he said in private, it made him stop and think. It made him realize that something so alluring should be for his eyes only, he should be the only one to enjoy such a sight and no one else. He'd always whisper sweet nothing into your ear whenever he catches you smiling, hoping it'll encourage you to smile more. It fuels him and he'd do anything to get you to smile like that again for him.

📺 As a fellow Overlord, he respects you a ton, especially if you're a part of the Vee's with him. Because you're so different from the typical Overlord he surrounds himself with, he's much more wary of how he approaches you in fear of setting you off. He wants you to adore him the same way he does you and he'll try to achieve that by treating you like the King you are. Anything you say goes and even when he tries to push some issues forward, as his Darling you're the only one that can shut him down.

📺 Though Vox would prefer if you were a bit more chatty for the sake of the brand and all that, he won't really say anything to you about it. Your presence is enough to either win other sinners over or scare all the threats away. Kinda like Alastor, in private Vox will be very chatty with you, you're his Darling so he only feels safe enough with you to spill all of his thoughts out. But unlike his rival, Vox won't push or force you to respond, he's more than okay with you just being silent as he talks, it's therapeutic in a way. Though he'd always encourage you to talk some more if you do eventually say something, your voice just makes him so happy. He'll stop whatever he was doing just to focus all of his attention on you as you talk, but if you stop that's okay, he's already satisfied to hear his Darling talk even if just a little.

📺 Vox ain't that much of a dancer, he's pretty stiff actually, so he's both glad and bothered by the fact that you aren't. Good for him cause you don't pressure or force him to do something he knows he's bad at and embarrass himself in front of you, unlike a certain moth. But at the same time, he'd want to see you dance, he wouldn't care how good you would be at it, you're his Darling so he'd still think you're brilliant regardless! He won't ever push you to do it though, taking how he feels about it he won't force you into something he knows he wouldn't like doing himself.

📺 Singing is what Vox makes up for not being able to dance, he's a good singer and he knows it, though you're the only one who he'd sing to willingly. He'll sing to you in private all the time, wanting to charm you and make you weak for him just like how weak he is for you. But it's the same thing as with dancing, he would love to hear you sing for him, about anything really, but again, he won't force you to do it. Sometimes he'd sing a song that requires a duet to see if you'll budge. Unfortunately for him, you don't, but he won't say anything, he adores you regardless.

📺 Seems like Vox shares a similar issue with his rival, his one problem is you not wanting to smile more. Outside of that he sometimes gently tries to persuade you into singing or smiling for him, but won't push the issue onward if he faces rejection for his request. Vox is more than satisfied knowing you'd sometimes budge in private for him, that's all he really needs and craves really. Him being the only one to witness his Darling doing any of those things makes his ego only grow, because it's his privilege alone and no one else's. And it'll stay that way no matter what.

Harvey Dent Romantic Headcanons

🪙 Harvey would be the type of boyfriend to worship the ground you walk on. Well, maybe not that extreme but it's close! If his ''relationship'' with Selina is anything to go by then you just know this man is devoted and head over heels in love with you! He's super soft and romantic with you, wanting nothing more than to make you the center of his universe. He's basically the dream boyfriend type of guy.

🪙 As much as Harvey adores the idea of Gotham City knowing you two are together, he'd begrudgingly make sure to not show you off in front of cameras, paparazzi, and reporters. It's all for the sake of your safety, with all the stuff that came out about the Wayne's he doesn't want the same thing to happen to the two of you if by any chance anything ever came out against him. He doesn't want you to be caught in the crossfire, no matter if you'd be involved or not in anything he does when it comes to making political choices. He just doesn't want you to go down with him because he loves you too much to allow yourself to get hurt like that by anyone, he won't allow it. Ever.

🪙 Because of how tall Harvey is in this adaptation compared to his other versions I just have to say he would totally use his height as an advantage in the relationship. He doesn't care how short you are or by any chance actually close to his height, Harvey will still view himself as the protector in the relationship because of his height. As cliche as it is he'll sometimes put things on higher shelves and wait till you call for him to get the said object because no matter how hard you try you can't reach it. Harvey knows he's above average height and will use that against anyone who tries to harm you or makes you uncomfortable. Usually, his height does the trick because despite being fit he won't punch for shit. So he relies on his height to scare someone off as he stands in between the person that upsets you and you and either gives them a silent glare to back off or tries to defuse the situation with his words. He loves it when you depend on him, or specifically his height, it makes him feel useful to you. Also, it's adorable to see you either pout at him for using his height against you or smile up at him gratefully for his help. It always makes him feel so smug and lightheaded afterward to see you like this.

🪙 Doens't matter if you're into politics or not Harvey will, from time to time ask for your opinion before he makes a decision. He never asks you anything complicated or talks about subjects that could put you in danger or you have no idea about. He'd only ever want to know your opinion about the good stuff, like: What should he name the new child hospital or how would you improve some of the run-down parks to make them better suited for the public again. It just makes him feel all warm inside knowing you've also helped to make Gotham better, no matter how small the contribution was, Harvey is immensely proud of you for your support and the care you put out when helping him no matter how big or important the issue is.

🪙 Ever since meeting you, Harvey's goals have changed somewhat. He still wants to fix Gotham's endless corruption and crime, but now that he has you, he wants to change Gotham for you. Obviously, his other motivations still stand, but you're the main one now. Someone as amazing as you deserve only the best, so Harvey will make sure to make the city fit those expectations. He'll change the city to fit the mold, that mold being you. He'll make the new and improved Gotham not only for the people but for you, it's the least he can do after you've stepped into his life and made it something he could only ever dream about. He can't wait to make Gotham a safe enough place to finally feel free to worship you openly for everyone to see.

🪙 Harvey's love language includes quality time and physical touch! Honestly, I see Harvey as having all of the love languages so it was hard to decide his main two, but looking back at the game I say these two fit him the most! There have been two instances in the game where Harvey wanted to spend some time with Selina because he wanted to, they didn't arrange any meet-ups together, it was all him so I say quality time fits him well. If Harvey could he would spend his whole day by your side, he wouldn't let you go out alone at night and would always insist on driving you home himself. He'd often visit you unannounced at random hours of the day just to spend time with you cause he missed you, offering to go out to lunch together or to stay in and cuddle and watch a movie. If there's no work to be done and there are even five minutes of free time he can have to himself, he will either use that time to quickly drive to your place for lunch together or just call you on the phone to hear your voice if he can't afford the time to be physical there with you.

🪙 I picture Harvey as being extremely touchy with the person he loves, and that person just so happens to be you! He just can't get enough of you! You drive him crazy! Of course, he needs to have you in his arms 24/7! Not so much in public though, as much as he would love to show you off to the world he knows the dangers that come with it and he'll never forgive himself if you got hurt. That's why as soon as you're out of sight and in private, personal space will be thrown out the window. The stress of his campaign can only ever go away once he gets to have you all to himself. He'd cuddle you during the night, never once letting you go till the morning finally sets in and it's time to get up, it'll take a lot of convincing and kisses for Harvey to let you go and get up himself so you two won't be late to your respective jobs. When you're in the kitchen, making dinner Harvey has his arms wrapped around your waist as he buries his face into your hair. Or on the rare chance that Harvey gets to work from home, he'll have you seated on his lap as he does paperwork, making the normally stressful and boring job of signing and reading papers all the more enjoyable because he has you. Sometimes he can't help but get distracted though when he has you like this because he'll stop working every few minutes just to shower you with praise and kisses.

🪙 PDA is out of the table. As much as it pains Harvey to not have his hands all over you when out in public, he just can't afford the media going after you. Running for office already brings him a lot of attention, if people saw him with the person of his dreams out and about holding hands and kissing, there's no way you wouldn't be getting harassed by the media for it. That's why it's rare for you two to hang out in public, the only exceptions are dates when Harvey makes sure there will be no paparazzi or reporters to disturb you during your time together. Outside of that you two are total strangers/acquaintances in the public eye if Harvey can help it, though he dreams of announcing to everyone who his beloved is one day as he proudly shows you off. But he knows that day will never come, so he sticks to showering you with his love in private to make up for his neglect in public.

🪙 Since your relationship is a secret, at least to the public, Harvey will grab any chance to kiss you if he knows no one is watching. He's not that stupid to act out on his desires in a place full of people, so he'd be sure to think of an excuse to get you two alone with no people or cameras around so he can show you just how much he yearns for you. Harvey's kisses are always desperate, sensual, and passionate, he wants you to feel all of his love for you with a single kiss that will leave you both satisfied till you have to depart again. Though in private expect a lot more heated and longer kisses because it's just you and him and no one else to catch you. Outside of your lips though, Harvey's other favorite place to kiss you is your forehead, mainly because there's less bending over involved to get to your lips so forehead kisses are just easier. But putting that aside he loves it because it's just so soft and innocent, his arms wrapped around your waist as he leans down and kisses your head before nuzzling into your hair as he whines about how much he has missed you is just the sweetest thing.

🪙 Cuddles with Harvey are a mandatory daily activity, you cannot escape once this man has his arms around you. I imagine Harvey being the big spoon that does not mind being a little spoon occasionally. And by that I mean that it's almost impossible for this man to be a little spoon, not because he doesn't want to, he does, it's just his height that's the problem. Harvey cannot imagine himself being cuddled by you without crushing you. So his version of the little spoon is just you clinging onto his arm or sides like a koala and hugging him as hard you can. The action never fails to make him smile, making all of his worries disappear instantly, replaced by his love for you. As a big spoon though, Harvey would either be lying at his side or on his back as he hugs you tightly against his chest, burying his face into your hair as he breaths in the scent of your shampoo as well as kiss the top of your head from time to time as he whispers his love for you. During those times Harvey truly feels safe. You're his rock, the only thing that can ease the stress of it all, it all just feels so nice he could fall asleep like this with you forever. Always cuddle with a blanket around if it's a colder season though, this man's body temperature is built for the summer not winter, so just keep that in mind before you cuddle. Summer is great though, you've basically got a cooler that won't let you go unless he absolutely has to! Now that's what I call heaven!

🪙 Harvey is a super clingy guy, so it's no surprise that he gets jealous or threatened from time to time when it comes to you, and can you blame him? Only your most trusted friends know that you're together so it's not like he can fault some rando's trying to get a chance with you, but it's not like he'll allow it either! Harvey is sensible enough to realize when a person is flirting with you though, so if it's just a friend or they're not pulling any moves on you, he doesn't mind. Heck, he would even join in on the conversation and gradually direct it toward his campaign to promote himself some more or he'll just watch you with a smile from afar as he lets you have your fun. All of that goes out the window once Harvey realizes that the person is actually flirting with you, he knows he has to be careful though with the way he handles the situation to keep your relationship a secret and not raise any suspicion. Harvey's mood gradually sours and his eye twitches with irritation as he surpasses the urge to glare at the person, knowing he can't just yell at them to back off. He'd try to come up with an excuse to get you away from them instead. He'd walk up to the two of you, mustering up his best smile as he says: "I'm so sorry for interrupting, but (Y/N) is needed in the meeting room right now, please excuse us''. To which he'd immediately gesture for you to follow him as he holds out his arm to you like a true gentleman before he escorts you to the said ''meeting''. As soon as you're inside the room, Harvey locks the door and is immediately all over you, arms wrapped around you as he kisses you all over, growling to himself how you're his and he won't anyone take you away from him. Either that or he'll wait till you two get home to do the exact same thing if he can't do it immediately because of the lack of privacy. The point is, that Harvey will make sure to remind both you and himself that he's the only man for you during those times. Feel free to interpret that however you want.

🪙 Harvey takes dates extremely seriously. He always puts his all into them, making sure they always feel special and different from the last one. The dates are always arranged in a way where you won't get caught because Bruce is such a good friend he'll rent out entire restaurants for the two of you to spend time together without a worry. Both Harvey and Bruce agree you only deserve the best so it's always the best restaurants the city has to offer where you'll be enjoying your dates. Either that or your favorite place to eat, no matter how fancy or non-fancy it is, as long as you're having fun Harvey has nothing to complain about. Though casual dates are also his favorite, whether it's just you two staying at home and having dinner as you watch a movie, or going to coffee shops together for breakfast or to relax from your jobs for a bit. Coffee shops only work because you can always excuse it as an out with a friend or it's work-related, it helps Harvey feel more relaxed because of the believable excuse.

🪙 You are the pinnacle of Harvey's happiness and existence. Your well-being and happiness are the most important things to him and he'll make sure you get the most love and devotion he can give you. Every day is just a new day of Harvey reminding you how much you mean to him, it makes him perfect for anyone who just wants to have a safe, secure, and loving relationship. He does get paranoid from time to time, but with you by his side, he knows he can accomplish anything. Whether that is changing Gotham or himself, he'll do it all just for you, his only reason and motivation to live.
