The eternal cycle of victimhood happens the most with narcissistic adult-children. They are adults who fail to make any changes to themselves. They know better. They have been therapied and medicated. Yet, they constantly do the same despicable acts and cycles while expecting everyone else to change around them. I have met one reformed narcissist in my entire life and that’s because she chose to change. She chose to stop playing victim 24/7. Don’t confuse venting on someone you don’t know as a personal attack. Change yourself and move on with life.

My ex’s most despicable act was making up a lie to her family that I threatened her life and her families. My final contact with her was saying I was leaving her and leaving her alone for good. Sociopaths are always lying and always making themselves victims.
