Therians with predator 'types, especially those of you who don't eat meat, might I recommend a shower orange? Take an orange, cut it in half (unless you think your claws can tear into it or you don't mind the taste of the peel), take it in the shower with you so you can make a mess and just tear into that shit like it's meat! Would probably also work with mangoes, peaches, any soft fleshy fruit but I find oranges are nice because they're big and the juice gets everywhere.

Signs That Should Have Made Me Realize I Was A Wolf Long Before I Actually Did

Used to insist that I was (among other things) “part wolf” in my elementary school years

Always loved wolves (not necessarily a sign in and of itself, but it goes along with the other signs)

^did every school project I could on wolves

Found out about furries, immediately said my fursona would be a wolf, and asked the friend who taught me if they wanted to “howl at the moon together” (they quickly told me that this is a misunderstanding, and gives furries a bad name. Their sona was also an opossum.)

Always loved my steak as rare as possible (again, not necessarily a sign, but it makes sense)

Cannot stress enough how much I loved wolves

Got a (horribly inaccurate, more of a husky) wolf pup stuffed animal because I was so obsessed with it, carried it like a baby

Wrote notes to my future self and sighed off with my name followed by the wolf emoji

The extremely rare steak also goes along with this

^got upset that the juices that come out of a rare steak are not blood

Wanted to be a vampire so very badly

Drew myself with much sharper canines than I actually had

Insisted for a time that I could sleep upside down

^insisted on being upside down as much as possible

Never really grossed out by blood and wounds

Like biting

Very proud of my eye bags, get offended when someone says they aren’t “that bad”

Find foods/beverages that look like blood enticing and interesting

Without my meds, more of a night owl than a day person (still not much a day person)

Never liked tanning, always preferred to be pale

Hissed at things (might have been more of a grew-up-with-cats thing, but I digress)

Chronically cold feet/hands

Prefer to drink meals (ie protein shakes) rather than eat most of the time

For a time, tried to sleep “coffin style” (arms folded over chest like a stereotypical vampire)
