What would the Strawhat Crew do to you on your Birthday. Part 2

Sanji : The cook was excited and seemed to burn with anticipation in the true sense of the word. He wanted to make for the sweet Y/n necessarily something romantic and yet her worthy. Vividly he went through his cookbooks and those of his mentor since he had heard about your birthday. Every recipe he found was discarded shortly after. Nothing seemed good enough and yet he did not give up. It would still take a few days until her birthday and yet he wanted to give the accountant something beautiful. Especially since he was a gentleman. However, he was on deck with the others and the wind was playing with his blond hair. The wind from his cigarette faded away and seemed to disappear over the endless sea. He let his gaze wander, but he did not see Y/n. Instead, his gaze fell on Robin. The older one sat on a couch in the shade and read one of her many books. She looked beautiful in his eyes before his gaze fell on the book. A brief smirk came to his lips when he saw the obvious romance book. ,, Robin-chan, do you know if Y/n has a favorite book?" he asked the black-haired girl. The addressed looked from her book and considered briefly. ,, I think she likes to read books about flowers, at least I've seen her with one," she said and turned back to her book as Sanji thanked her and disappeared. He now knew what to give Y/n. It was going to be perfect.

Her birthday was coming and they were all celebrating it and even though Sanji saw her look at him sadly when he said he didn't have a present, he could feel the anticipation. The celebrations had died down a bit and most of them had fallen asleep from the alcohol. ,, Y/n would you please follow me" he said and waited for her short nod. He led her from the deck into the kitchen before standing behind her and placing his hands in front of her eyes. He moved her further into the room before he moved away from her and turned on the light. ,, Open your eyes, I have something for you" he said softly and stood by his gift.

When she opened her eyes she saw that the kitchen was completely covered with flowers. And on the table in the middle was a whole buffet full of food that reminded her of flowers. ,, Sanji, this is beautiful," she said happily, looking at the flowers. Relief and a big happy smile could be seen on Sanji's face as he watched her being fascinated by all the flowers. ,, And the food, Sanji, it's so wonderful," she praised and sat down at the table. The blonde did the same. ,, I hope it tastes good," he said a little nervously. ,, Oh Sanji your food is the best this is an incredible birthday" she praised and took the first bite. A sigh of relief escaped her as she closed her eyes with pleasure. But her infinitely sweet look was enough for Sanji. She was happy and that was important to him.

Nami : The navigator had it all written down. She knew when her friends, who were practically her family, had their birthday. And when the orange haired woman looked on the calendar crept a smile on their lips. "Y/n's birthday is coming up," she thought, closing the small inkwell and putting down her pen to draw. She had thrown herself into her work, but she knew she wanted to give her friend something special. The ship was docked at a port because they wanted to fill up their supplies without stopping. She looked out the small round window and found a cloudless blue sky. She looked at the three different orientations of the needles and was reassured to see that it would stay that way for the next few days. She stretched from all the sitting before going out onto the deck. The sun was warm and she looked around. On the large grassy area she found Luffy and Usopp fishing while Robin had joined Zoro, much to her delight. Sanji seemed to be in the kitchen, smelling delicious, and Franky was above her at the wheel. ,, What song does the pretty lady want to hear?" she heard the skellet's voice and looked to the older man. ,, Something light and refreshing" she said and immediately enjoyed the sound of the violin.

Then she heard another sound of laughter reaching her ears. The navigator went up the stairs and found Chopper and Y/n sitting by her beloved orange trees. The woman was playing with the little reindeer and they seemed to be having the time of their lives. ,, Hello you two," the navigator greeted them. ,, Nami!" Chopper grinned and seemed to be happy about her appearance. ,, Hello Nami" she heard from Y/n and gave her a smile. But something about finding Y/n with the orange trees made her pause. She now knew what she would give her. She talked with them for a while before the navigator withdrew.

The day arrived and everyone celebrated Y/n's birthday. Nami was also there of course the small gift was in her hands. With an orange colored ribbon provided. ,, Y/n this is for you" she said and gave it to the woman in a more quiet moment. A smile crossed Y/n's face before she undid the bow and opened the box. ,, Nami, this is beautiful," she said as she took out the gold necklace with the small pendants in the shape of a book and an orange. ,, I thought the book suited you and the orange came when you were with Chopper by the trees," she confessed. Nami was wrapped in a hug before she held out the necklace. ,, Will you put it on me please?" asked Y/n and the other woman nodded. The necklace licked around her neck and both Nami and Y/n couldn't help but smile. It was beautiful. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Chopper : The doctor looked on with the others as Nami told how their mutual friend and the ship's accountant had a birthday coming up. The youngest left off his ice cream which he had received from Sanji. ,, What are you giving Y/n?" asked the smallest, looking at his friends. ,, Something she likes and that suits her," said Nami. ,, Yes, exactly, something helpful and useful," Usopp agreed, and nods and excited murmurs went through the group. Chopper continued to eat his ice cream and his thoughts ran at full speed. "Useful and yet something she likes?" his inner voice asked the question. They all stayed together for a while before the group slowly dispersed and everyone went about their business.

Chopper got down from the chair and threw the ice cream stick away before he disappeared into his infirmary. He scanned his room, paused at the various medical devices and medicinal tinctures, and continued to ponder. His eyes lingered on the drawer of his desk. He opened the first drawer and found his small supply of candies. These were given to his godmothers when he was finished. And yet the idea came to him.

The birthday was in progress and Chopper went to Y/n. The taller woman bent down to him. ,, This is for you," he said, a little embarrassed, and handed her the pink envelope. She opened the paper and read the letter. ,, Oh Chopper, that's sweet!" she said delightedly and picked up the little one and turned with him once. ,, Ah, no, please," he said immediately, embarrassed, and went into his usual dance. ,, I can take it anytime ?" she asked after Chopper had given her a self-made voucher for a joint candy meal and a movie. ,, Yes, when you want". ,, How about now?" she winked and saw the bright happy eyes of the younger one. She picked him up and the two disappeared unnoticed into the infirmary. The sweets tasted even sweeter and better.

What would the Strawhat Crew do to you on your Birthday. Part 1

Luffy : He wouldn't get over it at first when he found out that your birthday was coming up. He would be even more cheerful and hyperactive than usual, but every time he thought you wouldn't notice, he would ask the others about your favorite things. And if you caught him once he would run away excited and pursed his lips. His gaze would always go to the side as if he thought you wouldn't see through him. But it was cute, you thought it was cute how he was thinking. When the day finally came, he was the first to rush into your cabin. Still in the half-sleep he gave you a hug and sang in a half-changing tone that was much too loud "Happy Birthday". Despite waking up quickly, a smile played on your lips as you listened to Luffy sing. Of course, quickly came the grumbling calls of the others that he should please be quiet, but it did not disturb the captain. On the contrary, still dressed in your pajamas, he pulled you by the hand behind him out onto the deck. There he had put together a large mountain of everything possible. From your favorite food to new pencils for your work as an accountant. ,, Thank you Luffy, that's incredibly sweet," Y/n said as she examined the mountain of gifts. One by one she opened them and with each one she listened to Luffy tell a story about the purchase. Only when the last one was unwrapped did he suggest that the first thing to go was the food. The two ate side by side and while he roasted the meat over a fire for himself and Y/n, he continued to tell the stories. He enjoyed making them laugh. Only when the meat was ready did the two of them eat it together. A truly beautiful birthday. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Zoro : To his credit, he slept through your birthday. He had made a mental note when he realized that your birthday was coming up. So he wakes up one day after your birthday in the middle of the night. Still in a light sleep he overhears the grumbling of Nami and Chopper who are annoyed that Zoro didn't notice Y/n's birthday. An annoyed sigh about his own actions escapes him before he jumps off the ship and starts looking for something in the city they had docked in. This, however, due to his lack of sense of direction is a search too nothing and a helpless swordfighter. ,, Zoro, what are you doing here?" asked Y/n in surprise when she and Chopper went into the city two days later to refill the medicines. The green-haired man flinched as he came out of an alley. ,, I'm going for a walk" he lied and cursed himself when he saw the knowing nod from the woman. ,, Well, have fun and the ship is in the other direction," she said before disappearing again with Chopper. He felt bad, too proud to admit that he was lost again and too proud to tell her that he suffered. So the day passed before the early evening came. There was a knock at her cabin and she looked up from her books and tables. To her surprise, Zoro came in. His gaze went to the floor and she saw that he was hiding something behind him. ,, I, um, I know I slept through your birthday. I'm sorry, this is for you," he said and his eye looked at her. Y/n got up from her chair and walked towards him. ,, I hope you accept, I would like to teach you some techniques, it would be an honor" he said as he handed her one of his old swords. She saw the flashing blade. "He must have completely refurbished it," she said. ,, Thank you Zoro, I would like to learn it," she said and briefly thought about hugging him. Instead, she felt a brief pressure on her shoulder and a cheerful smile. ,, Happy birthday Y/n" he told her before the two of them started practicing on the deck.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Usopp : The sniper was more nervous and pessimistic than usual. He knew that you had a birthday in a few days and yet his head, normally full of ideas, was empty. One drawing and one design after the other he had rejected. Nothing was good enough in his eyes. He didn't want to be seen as a loser, he wanted something special for Y/n. He knew that despite his years of training he still couldn't keep up with his captain. He wanted to be useful at least for you. But what should he give her ?

Hunched, he walked across the Sunny and looked around, hoping to find something or someone to inspire him. The sun was shining, the grass was bouncing lightly on the ground and his big hat was giving him shade. His gaze, however, remained fixed on Y/n. The woman had fetched a few books and leaves from her room to continue her work.

But when a harmless gust of wind came up and blew her sheets off her lap, he was already there. ,, Thank you," she said and gave the sniper a smile. ,, No problem, gladly done," he said quickly and caught himself looking at her too long before he hurriedly disappeared inside the Sunny.

But like the wind outside, he was suddenly seized by an idea. Something that would help you with your tasks. He grabbed his thing and started drawing. Hours seemed to pass before he looked at his drawing. It was perfect.

So he worked through the night to make a nice little box. When day finally came, everyone had gathered in the kitchen and Sanji had baked a big cake for them. They all sat at the table eating the cake and had handed over their gifts. The only thing missing was Usopps. He nervously took out his gift and handed it to her. ,, The box is pretty," he heard the accountant say, and he was pleased. She opened it and silence fell over the table. As if everyone was waiting for her reaction. ,, Usopp, that's a paper clip," Nami said, squinting at the metal thing. ,, Ehm well... yes " stammered this and let the head hang. He had created a paper clip. A normal paper clip that could do nothing more than hold sheets of paper. And yet, in his building frenzy, it seemed an incredibly good idea. The laughter of Y/n, however, brought reality back to the crew. ,, Oh, Usopp, that's great!" she said with a smile and hugged him. ,, It's not big, but you made it and besides, I need one of these," she defended the gift and looked at the paper clip. Usopp was happy and he had to smile too. So her birthday had turned out well after all. And when he found Y/N on the deck a few days later, he saw the paper clip hanging from the paper. When their eyes met they gave each other a smile. And maybe they both looked away quickly because they were a little nervous of each other.

Disclaimer : So this is my first attempted short one-shot. I hope you like it and as a small note the end came too fast in my opinion but have fun reading it.

A breeze blew over the Sunny and everyone seemed as exuberant as ever. All except two of the crew members. Y/N had joined the crew a few months ago after the crew had saved their island.

In addition, the captain wanted her to be the bookkeeper, since Nami was more specialized in the maps and Robin was doing her research.

So the girl gladly took over the work that for others was just boredom. But for Y/N it was rather something calming when everything was neat and sorted.

Of course the shelves with the notes swayed again and again when Luffy played with Usopp and Chopper. But for a long time she could never be angry with them. The three of them were just too cute for that.

She sighed as she looked over her notes and books and grinned with satisfaction that she had finally written everything down. It had taken her several days of work, but she had finally done it. With the documents in one hand and the books in the other, she stepped out of the room onto the deck.

The sun was good on her skin and she heard Brook's violin playing. Everything seemed to be harmonious.

Only when a ,, Y-N-chan watch out!" came out did she notice her friends. Luffy and Usopp as well as a small Chopper came in a tangle of dust, fishing rods and a big fish towards her. But she remained rooted to the spot - it was the moment of shock.

She felt someone gently grab her waist and pull her back out of the path of the three. She didn't have to turn around to know who it was. He was the reason why her heart beat faster in the last weeks. ,,Thank you Sanji" the girl said quickly and she felt her heart race and her fingers clasp the papers tighter.

,,Are you all right, my sweet Y/N-chan?" asked Sanji, looking at her with concern. " How can someone look so elegant and cute at the same time" she thought and her eyes hastily wandered over his form. His blond hair was as always over his eyes and his curled eyebrow was just adorable. ,,Yeah, yeah, everything's fine really...I'm going to go," she grasped and felt how hot she was getting and it wasn't because of the sun. She quickly passed Sanji and of course his smell was still in the air. He smelled pleasantly of food, an exquisite perfume and smoke. But the latter did not bother her, it was rather a kind of good extra.

Besides, her eyes were always glued to the blond when he lit his cigarette and blew out the smoke. "He looks so good" she always thought and caught herself staring. Whereas most of the time Sanji would end up smiling at her and Y/N would quickly look away.

Sometimes Sanji was a puzzle of two sides, she loved his charming easy-going manner, the cook. But she also loved his serious side when it came to something that was important to him. At the same time she felt even more caught as she felt the tingling inside her.

Her nervousness left her only when she fled to the kitchen. "Oh man, I'm really acting like a teenager with a crush," she mumbled and was about to leave the room because she didn't want to go into the kitchen and it was more of an emergency escape. When she heard a little giggle. ,,Robin, when did you get here?" she asked and only now saw the archeologist sitting at the table with a cool drink.

The black-haired woman gave her a knowing smile before tilting her head slightly. ,,I've been looking for protection from the sun for a while and wanted to get back to my work," she said and sipped her drink.

Y/N just nodded and felt out of place. ,,Say, is something bothering you, bookkeeper?" Robin asked, watching the younger one.

The younger one's gaze immediately went to Robin and she felt caught. ,,I don't know why you think that, everything is fine," she said and gave a rather bad fake grin.

Robin seemed to consider and made an inviting hand gesture. Slightly unsure if it was the right decision, Y/N accepted the invitation.

She sat down and held her papers and books protectively in front of her. As if she was trying to prevent Robin from reading her mind.

Of course the older one couldn't but she was damn good at analyzing people and finding a problem.

Y/N eyebrows went up in surprise as the books were taken from her hands. Robin had used her devil powers and taken away her supposed protection. The hands placed the books neatly and tidily on the wooden table before Robin smiled at the younger one. ,, Something is bothering you, my dear, I couldn't help but notice it in the last few weeks. I don't want to press you, but it usually helps to talk," she began, and Y/N nodded slightly.

,,Look, you don't have to tell me what it's about, just try to explain it and I'll give you my advice on how it sounds," Robin said, taking a sip of her drink.

Y/N knew Robin was right, she wanted to tell someone about it because she didn't know what to do. She had been in an inner conflict for days. On the one hand she wanted to confess her feelings to Sanji.

But on the other hand she was afraid of a rejection because they were a crew and an unpleasant climate was never good. ,,Well, there is one person I may have developed feelings for, but I don't know how to tell him," she mumbled, wanting to cover her mouth as she had given Robin an indirect hint.

But with slightly red cheeks she looked at the smiling Robin.

She just took her drink and took a sip before she sighed slightly satisfied. ,,Mhh so I think you should tell him. Of course it's sweet to lose yourself in dreams. I do it too if I'm honest. But I don't think he'll judge you," she said and Y/N took the words gratefully.

She smiled at Robin before her eyebrow went up questioningly and she looked at Robin, slightly confused. ,,Wait, you have someone too?" she asked, seeming more confused than her new mission.

This time it was Robin's turn to avoid her gaze and grin innocently. ,,Well, I have my little secrets too," she said, and Y/N guessed that she must be the swordsman.

The younger of the two rose and was handed her books and papers by two hands sprouting from the table. ,, Thank you Robin, I will think about it," she said with relief and went to the door. ,, Well, I think you and Sanji are very cute together," Robin giggled and Y/N smiled evasively before quickly disappearing.

She took Robin's advice to heart, but no matter how many times she imagined confessing her love to the cook, it was often met with a bad outcome.

She sighed and put her usually so soothed books and papers rudely on her desk.

She had hardly ventured out of the archive since the conversation with Robin. Only to have a quick bite to eat or to enjoy the weather. Only when it became evening she was forced to go to the others to enjoy the dinner together.

So now they all sat at the dinner table and enjoyed the delicious food of Sanji. But the food she loved so much did not have her attention.

Her eyes were once again on Sanji as he sipped his wine. ,, My dear little stars, would you like some dessert?" Sanji purred and seemed to be ready to present his cooking skills. ,, Hey, what about us?" complained Luffy and Usopp, and Zoro rolled his eyes in annoyance. ,, No way, dessert is only for the ladies!" Sanji snapped at his friends and kicked them and the rest outside so they could continue sulking. So the three women were left at the table with Nami and Robin not wanting dessert and Y/N thinking about something else. While the other two women left, giggling quietly, Y/N stayed behind with Sanji.

,,Y/N honey will you at least try my new creation" Sanji said and you could hear his slightly hurt tone that Robin and Nami didn't want his food, ,,I'd love to Sanji".

With a slight twist Sanji had made her an ice cream bowl with several fruits and cream. Only when she took the bowl from him did she see the small chocolate particles in the shape of hearts. And how does it taste?" he asked after she had taken the first spoonful. ,,Mhh this is incredibly good Sanji" she praised him and saw that the cook had blushed slightly. ,,Thank you so much, my love, that means a lot to me," he said happily and grinned.

This grin reminded her of what Robin had told her and she knew there was probably no better time.

But before she could do that she interrupted herself. "Wait, he called me his love," she thought, redness spreading to her cheeks. ,,Y/N are you okay?" Sanji asked worriedly as he mistook her blush for something bad.

,,No, I mean yes, yes everything is fine," she said and Sanji's eyebrow went up.

Only when Sanji took his hand off the icy cup and put his cold hand on her warm forehead did the girl sigh. Y/N was about to open her mouth and finally confess her love to him in a moment of strength and hope when Sanji interrupted her. He had put his lips on hers and his hand took the cup of ice cream from her.

Completely overwhelmed by the situation she took only the shy smile of Sanji again. ,,I Sanji I love you," she whispered to him and Sanji lovingly stroked away a strand of her hair. ,,I love you too, sweetheart," he admitted before sitting down on one of the chairs and pulling her onto it.

Their hearts seemed to beat in unison and the moment was complete.

They spent the rest of the evening in the kitchen, feeding each other with ice cream.

It was the perfect moment, and their relationship would just burst with love.
