I purge my food every time i eat?
doesnt matter how big or small, i do not binge, but i purge everything. i have told people and i am getting help soon. but am i a severe case of bulimia, i keep reading one or two times a week. t throw up 4-6 times a day. everyday. what short tern side effects should i expect until i get help? please dont be rude or mean, i know what im doing is wrong thats why i need help

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters Hi there, There is no easy solution for you, and you are right to seek help. You obviously need some support to get through this, and there are support groups available online, if you want some way of connecting with people until you find the face to face support you clearly need. In the meantime, try to eat as healthily as possible, with good quality food, high in nutrients, so that at least your body gets the vitamins and minerals you need. Or, you could invest in a high-strength high-quality mutli-vitamin, which would be some help. Please make sure you get the help you need, and get back in touch to let us know how things are going.
