Sylus is so lana del rey coded. Especially Salvatore, art deco, and ultraviolence imo. Music that sounds majestic but carries dark, vintage, similar to a dark academia tones. A blend of elegance and somber, a rich atmosphere that's both glamorous and haunting.

Caleb is arctic monkey and cigarettes after s*x coded. Especially with his military persona who yearns to see his wife (aka MC) he got that sort of vibe, and also obsessed/obsessive in keeps-replaying/thinking-of-MC kind of way. Cool, edgy, but also kinda intimate and melancholic. Loving in quiet, longing, is painful, but he holds on to it. Kinda yandere.

Zayne is Hozier with korean RnB vibes, like Dept or The Black Skirts. He's sweet, a gentleman. Hearing their music makes you think how can someone loves someone so much, and that's Zayne! Poetic, romantic, warm, a bit emotional but never overwhelming, kinda mysterious too. Like a confession, ache, tenderness.

Xavier is Indila-coded! Because he's princely but also has a layer of royalty/nobility. Like he walked out of a historical manhwa or out of an old European aristocratic film where love is tragic. He's graceful and screams effortless elegance, yes, in a light academia type of way, but there's also a melancholic air around him.

Rafayel I think is wave to earth coded. Because he reminds me of that first-love, innocent high school love kind of vibe. Music that evokes nostalgia, that captures playful late teenage love, but also like missing who's close, but someone you were never really with, but still think about.

His initial plan was to introduce you to the crown prince of Philos because you deserve the best of the best. However, you believe in true love instead of a union for duty and political purposes. While sorting through the finest candidates, you found out that there are many fine gentlemen in the kingdom, each with their own allure.

Which one will you choose?

We're starting off with Xavier, he's of course, the crown prince of Philos Kingdom

He's the typical main male lead destined to be your fiancé

He may appear innocent on the surface , but he actually likes to poke fun at you

I imagine he's your childhood friend; the two of you played together a few times whenever the your father the Earl had work at the imperial palace

When you were children, Xavier said that he wanted to marry you one day

However, the two of you eventually lost contact as Xavier's schedule grew busier with his duties as crown prince and grew apart

Currently, the king and queen are sorting through the candidates for the crown princess

The king and queen had picked a princess from the neighboring kingdom but Xavier declined, saying that he already had someone in mind

So really, he was actually the mastermind all along (cue to the introduction), determined to make you his bride by secretly sending a marriage proposal to your estate

He even contacted your father first, not the other way around to arrange a meeting with you

Rafayel 🫧

He is said to be the enigmatic prince from the neighboring kingdom, who carries the bloodline of the Lemurian people

He is the son of a Lemurian princess, whose beauty and grace are reflected in Rafayel's face

He is also known for his artistic skills especially in painting and is famous among the greatest artists in the continent

He often holds charity events, raising funds from his paintings to those in need

Many noble ladies fangirls over him, as most of them thinks he's a romantic and very admirable

But he's actually quite shy when it comes to real romance and that's just all his facade

So the story goes like this, one day, you met him at a ball and he tried to get close to you because he wanted to get some information from you on some kind of Lemurian-related case

You two ended up working together to solve the case and he slowly fell in love with you instead

He revealed to you that he's actually the king of the Lemurian kingdom and he wants to take you back to his kingdom and asked you to be his bride

Now, you are his muse, and since then you exist in all of his art

Zayne is the prodigious mage of the magic tower, because you know, foreseer? Tower of secret?

Zayne represents the typical Mage!Male lead

He's the youngest and one of the lead researchers of magic with huge contributions to the kingdom

Rumor has it he's actually of noble birth but that's for another story

Zayne is cold and distant because he's grown up hiding his true identity

And the thing with you is that, in his dreams, he kept seeing glimpses of his own future — and keeps seeing the same person by his side, but doesn’t know if it’s real or just a magical illusion

And ever since that day, somehow you keep crossing paths with him during important meetings or investigations

Magic can be unpredictable around strong emotions — and Zayne finds his powers reacting wildly when he's near you

He tries to do a research on it, and at first "rejects his fate", but every time he does, his magic is getting more unpredictable and out of control

Sylus is the archduke/duke renowned for his vast fortune and prosperous land in the north

He's just as famous — or infamous — for the rumors that surround him

He was rumored to be cruel, violent and ruthless by outsiders, but the people in the north think otherwise

People say he has a pet dragon that protects his land

With Sylus, I can definitely see enemies to lovers trope, the fierce and mean northern duke slowly falls in love with an unshaken noble lady

Well, it all happened when you decided to run away from home to avoid being in an arranged marriage to some stranger

After running away, your carriage broke and you stumbled upon the Duke's castle

And Sylus, cold-eyed and ruthless, has no intention of letting a suspicious trespasser go free, thinking you were a spy sent by the neighboring kingdom

But after some negotiations, Duke Sylus agrees to hide you — but only if you work for him

Basically you're just an adorable little scared kitten to him that he basically adopts you

In the end, he convinced your father to marry you to him instead (the people in his castle are overjoyed by the news that the castle will finally have a Duchess)

Caleb 🍎

Prepare for the angst because in LADS his story kinda has the forbidden trope, that makes him so Knight!Male Lead coded

The tension of forbidden love between of a noble lady and her knight, He struggles every day to maintain his self-control, never daring to step over the line drawn by your difference in social status

As your loyal personal knight, he's always there right by your side ever since you two were young

His duty is solely to protect you from harm... Not catch feelings for you

He would watch from the sidelines while the other princes approached you, jealous but unable to do anything expect for clenching his fists behind his back

Because protecting you also means protecting your happiness, even if it breaks his own heart

And yet, every stolen glance, every accidental brush of your hand against his armor, chips away at his carefully built walls

Every time you smile at someone else... At some... Princes and noblemen, it feels like a blade twisting deeper into his chest

Nails digging into his palms, forcing himself to stand still when every instinct screams at him to act — to claim you

But he remains silent

It’s also a bit of a stereotype, reflecting the typical dynamics of a staple Asian household, but it’s all in good fun so please take this with a grain of salt, this is just my own personal interpretation and meant to be taken light heartedly.

👑 Number 1 : Zayne ☃️

Zayne is definitely the top number one of most likely to get approved by my asian parents

Heck, he probably has their blessing the moment he sits down for dinner for the first time

It's definitely not because he's a doctor with a stable job

I mean he's a cardiac surgeon at 27! With an award at that! Immediate approve 💯

He's the kind of guy who brings thoughtful souvenirs for your parents when he comes over for dinner

I can already picture him bringing a premium tea gift set that he specifically got according to your parents' taste, beautifully packaged and looks expensive 🍵

Honestly, he's already the son-in-law! Came for dinner, stayed for marriage plans and the future

What can I say? He’s polite, good-looking, and probably smells wonderful—like a hint of jasmine mixed with a bit of antiseptic due to his work

He’s the type to compliment my mom’s cooking, and she'd be so pleased that she'd serve him the best portions instead of giving them to me 😔

"Here, eat more meat! I made plenty just for you,” she would say with a happy smile

Even dad would probably like him immediately, pulling him aside and ask privately, “So, when's the wedding?” — like, dad, chill, it's Zayne's first time coming over for dinner

They know their daughter is in good hands with Zayne as her husband

👑 Number 2 : Caleb 🍎

I'm putting Caleb as my second in the most likely my parents would approve list because he works for the government as a pilot (a stable job)

There is a consideration though: my mom would ask "If he’s a pilot, wouldn’t you be lonely since he’s often up in the air?”

She also worries about the risks associated with being a pilot, given the dangers involved in the profession

But Caleb is the type of guy who immediately gets along with mom and dad, probably because they already knew him as their daughter's childhood friend but coming over for dinner (as a partner) is a different matter

From the very first meeting, he accidentally introduced himself as “son-in-law” as an accidental slip of the tongue

During dinner, he is charming and a great conversationalist, which creates a wonderful atmosphere

He openly expresses that "I adore your daughter very much, you guys did a great job creating her" and reassures parents that he will protect you. He often joking around to ease the mood

He enthusiastically offers to wash the dishes and is a fantastic conversation partner for mom

With dad, he can discuss all the mechanical topics that only fathers understand, which makes sense since he’s a pilot

Relatives probably adore him too, as he easily makes friends with everyone.

He’s the kind of boyfriend who prompts mom to frequently ask about him, like, “When is Caleb coming over for dinner again?”

🌟 Number 3: Xavier ✨

Xavier is third because he is the last one with a "real stable job," while the next two would likely be questionable in my Asian parents' eyes

His primary hobby is sleeping, and since that doesn't lead to productivity and is sometimes seen as lazy in a typical Asian household, it could raise some concerns

However, mom really likes him because he looks like a prince

He is the type of boyfriend who makes my Asian mom ask, “How did you manage to attract someone like Xavier?” like, as if he's out of my league because of his prince-ly beauty which I take personally

With his princely, ethereal looks and charm, it raises the question of how I managed to win over such a beautiful man

He is polite, has a soothing voice, and can cook and clean, which is great since their daughter barely tidies up around the house hey

Xavier works in the same field as we do, which reassures parents that he can support their daughter in her career

Although he may appear innocent, the protective Asian dad senses that there might be something “impure” about him

He’s not very talkative but insists on helping around the house, which is a plus

My mom keeps insisting that he stay over, but we all know that it won’t end well

My dad implicitly disapproves of him staying over, as we all understand what might happen ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

And it's something inappropriate

💫 Number 4: Sylus🐉

Ok... Sylus girlies, don't come at me, but man I think Sylus is somewhat awkward at first if he's meeting the parents for the first time

My parents personally might find him intimidating because he is quite the large guy... With silver hair and red eyes and all (but mama I'm in love with a criminal)

He introduced himself as the owner of a family business, which is a relief since it shows he is responsible and established

As he shares more about himself, my mom starts to relax and feel more comfortable with him

However, when he mentions his hobbies of shooting and racing and wanting to ask them to join, I worry because my dad has back problems, which Sylus, honey... I don’t think that helps😭

So yeah, imo I think he is the type of boyfriend that my family needs time to warm up to

But once they start to get to know him, he quickly becomes their favorite

Like in some days, you'd be surprised and ask, "What do you mean you're going to the opera too with Sylus?" showing how much mom enjoys his company by asking him to go with her because he also enjoys music

It surprises me that Sylus even asked my mom to join him for the opera; they’re practically best friends now!

Sylus has a way of showering them with luxury, frequently brings thoughtful gifts when he visits, like gourmet snacks and special treats he got from overseas

Despite his intimidating appearance, he has a gentle side that puts parents at ease, proving that he genuinely cares about their daughter

‼️Number 5: Rafayel

He's a painter, and no, I'm not a Rafayel slander

I mean, a creative job?? In an Asian household??? My parents would definitely question how he could possibly support himself AND their daughter with such work

An artist as a job = no money in the eyes of Asian parents 😭🤡 (trust me)

We'll also hear "You own a home by the sea?? Wouldn't you catch sea sickness? Isn't it a bit dangerous at night?", as they ask in concern

From the very first impression, Rafayel comes off as casual and laid-back with mom and dad, which... Doesn't seem to earn their approval 🤡

However, I think my little sisters and cousins would love him because he's sassy, encourages their creativity since he's an artist, and is a merman

While parents may not approve of him, younger relatives have already declared him their favorite "brother"

But once Rafayel shows them that even an artist can be rich by inviting them to his house

So, once the parents visit his art studio and see the stunning view, they are likely to be amazed by the beauty of his surroundings

His home resembles a vacation house, and he drives expensive cars, which further impresses them

He probably took them on a cruise ride and had the most delicious seafood dinner, which definitely win their hearts

Although my parents might still have some doubts, they will gradually come to accept him once they see how in love we are

I actually have a lot of headcanons ideas and stories to write about LADS men but I just don't have the time to write 😭 they're occupying my head 24/7 just by floating around my head space.

I do not own any of the characters from Jujutsu Kaisen or Chainsaw Man. The characters belong to Gege Akutami as the creator of Jujutsu Kaisen and Tatsuki Fujimoto as the creator of Chainsaw Man. I only own the story plot of this work of fiction. I will also mix in a written story for the plot so it's not just the SMAU story. The year is 2018. Sometime after Itadori Yuuji and Kugisaki Nobara came to Jujutsu Tech in Tokyo. It has been 8 years and you are finally visiting Tokyo again for the first time.

Geto Suguru and Gojo Satoru have become teachers in Jujutsu Tech, both of them taking turns in teaching the grades. Mimiko and Nanako have grown into capable young sorcerers as they have enrolled into Jujutsu High, currently in the same grade as Maki and the others.

The end...? Almost! We'll sum up in headcanons of what had happened during the course of 3 years and after the timeskip!

Because I'm too lazy to write and it's easier to explain in headcanons

Before the 3 years

Y/N, aka you, moved back to your place to become the new head of the L/N clan after the succession ceremony

You and Geto kept in touch with each other like promised but it took you some time to get your grandpas permission to let Geto and the girls visit you

After a little some lengthy negotiations with your grandpa, with the help of Kishibe too, your grandpa finally allowed them to visit

And since then they have regularly visited you during the holidays

But just before the 3 year mark, you have gotten really busy with your duty as the head clan and other duties so you couldn't really talk to Geto as much as before

Geto understood that you were busy but he wanted to see you so badly

So he flew alone to your place, a surprise visit you didn't expect (with the help of Kishibe)

But when he arrived, it was not until 3 days that he got to see you after he stayed in your estate

You were very busy meeting some important people in your clan that day, and have been very very busy for the past few days so you were overwhelmed by all of the responsibilities

At first you wanted to dismiss him when Kishibe said that someone was visiting you

But when you knew it was Geto, you broke down crying as he offered you a warm embrace in his arms

And so when you fell asleep after crying, he decided to confront your grandpa to not burden you so much

Grandpa was offended™

And challenged Geto to a duel in the forest (it was actually just a test for Geto and that your grandpa was just bored)

Long story short, Geto almost lost by centimeters but got lucky that he was able to checkmate your grandpa

"You're lucky because I'm already old" aahh scene, you know

Your grandpa actually asks something along the line that implies whether or not Geto is trustworthy enough to be by your side

To which Geto responded that he wishes to take care of you and stay by your side to protect the person he cares so much about

Your grandpa nodded, acknowledging him, and also started to like him since then

And with that, Geto returned to Tokyo

After the 3 years

Geto knew you were going to visit Tokyo for the first time in 3 years--he has been waiting for this time

It was finally time to confess for real this time, that Geto is serious about wanting to have a relationship with you if you allow him to

You knew this day was coming, and was nervous about it

You already knew that your grandpa has approved of him, but you can't help but feel nervous thinking about it

And so you arrived in Tokyo, with Geto picking you up from the airport with Mimiko and Nanako

After finishing some businesses you need to do, you spent some time with Geto and the girls

They decided to go to check on the new amusement park

Gojo tagged along as well, along with a kid you've never seen before, probably around the same age as Mimiko and Nanako

If this was the real JJK, a fight with a cursed spirit will broke out😂 but since it's not, I like to imagine that Gojo was just there to distract the kids for bothering you both... And to eavesdrop his best friend's conversation

I'll leave the details to your imagination on this take~ definitely not because I'm a lazy writer booo

Basically, Geto confessed, no, he asked if he can be with you, to take care of you, and to stand by your side

You cut him off with a anxious expression, you told him of the hardships that you two might face if you two are together... And you doubt whether he would want to stay after that

He took your hands and cupped it on his face, kissing the inside of your palm, as if telling you that he's ready to devote himself to you

You are his light, and he'll do anything to not lose you... For the sake of not losing himself too

In the end you got together, and Mimiko and Nanako couldn't be more happy that their (adoptive) parents finally got together ＼(￣▽￣)／🎉

2018 mark

Before and after Itadori Yuuji and Kugisaki Nobara came to Jujutsu Tech, you haven't returned to Tokyo for a while

But don't worry, Geto, or now Suguru, your boyfriend has been visiting you during holidays or simply when he misses you

He has won the favor of your grandpa and your family of course, although it took him a while to get the permission to marry you

So the day you visited Tokyo again, he had already bought a ring that he was going to propose you to

Gojo, Mimiko, and Nanako helped him plan the perfect proposal of course

Little did he know, you have also gotten him a ring that you're going to propose to him to

Long story short, after a romantic date at night, he proposed to you, asking you to marry him

But then you pulled out your proposal ring to him, a family heirloom passed from generations to generations of your clan and give him your answer

Your grandpa was slightly furious to know you have given that ring to him, but all ends well

You two lived happily ever after!

Chapter 13 ✦ Three years

Sypnosis: Y/N L/N is a special shaman from a jujutsu family. Y/N was sent to Tokyo to go on missions to prove their worth as the next heir. With the ability of 'flow', a cursed technique that allows its user to see and manipulate forces of energy freely. "Geto..."

You arrived at the park near the shrine to find Geto sitting on one of the swings. It was late and night and the quiet atmosphere felt heavy with unspoken words and lingering emotions.

You sensed that he's a bit agitated, and you offered your hand in front of him, trying to lift up his mood through physical contact with your cursed technique.

"Geto?"

"Don't try to lift up my mood now Y/N. Let me... Stay this way for a bit." Geto's voice came out in a weary whisper, his eyes fixed on the ground, avoiding the comfort you offered. You retrieved back your hand and sighed as you sat down on the swing next to him.

"I'm here for you if you want to... Talk your feelings out. I'm listening." you reassured him, "I'm not going anywhere."

"... But you are." Geto spoke up in a somber tone.

"I just... don’t understand why you can’t let me visit. I mean, I thought... At least we're getting closer.” Geto looked away.

The tension tightened in the air as you took a deep breath, feeling the weight of his frustration seep into you.

“It’s not that simple, Geto. It's not that I don't trust you...” the words caught in your throat as were unable to continue and think of a fair excuse for him.

"Is it because I'm not strong enough? Are people after you? Is it because I failed in protecting someone else?" His grip tightened on the swing’s ropes, the weight of past failures gripped around him like chains.

"No, no! That's not the case Geto!" you rised to squat in front of him.

"Geto, look at me."

Reluctantly, Geto shifted his gaze slightly, the walls he built flickering under the warmth of your expression, as if trying not to give in to your kindness and hold on to his pain that was evident in his expression.

"Suguru." the gentle calling of his first name pushed him to look at you. His gaze softened at you, but you could tell he was shaking inside.

"... I'm just... Scared that I'm going to lose you." his voice softened, vulnerability seeping in, "I have already lost someone right in front of my eyes... And if I lose you too, I don't know if I can stay sane... I’d rather face the danger with you than be left all alone again in the dark waiting for you to come back.".

His words hung in the air, a mixture of hope and desperation swirling between them like the cool night breeze.

"Oh Geto." your eyes searched for his, and when he finally met yours, you can read him like an open book.

"I'm really sorry for the things that has happened in the past... But please, don't blame yourself for everything that had happened... I believe you've always fought for what you believe in, and it's not because you're not strong enough." you slowly wrapped your arms around him, giving him a warm embrace as you calm him down,

"I know you’re doing your best to stick to your principles, and you are trying your best to protect those you can protect. And I'm so proud of you, Geto.".

Geto held you closer as he burried his face into your embrace, as if to hide his expression. You always knew the right thing to say to calm his anxiety. No cursed technique could soothe him quite like the sound of your voice wrapped around him, your unwavering support grounding him through dark nights.

In that moment, it became clear—he needed you, and he hoped that the need was mutual.

"I promise I'll talk to my grandpa about visiting. I'll let you know when you can visit." you circled his back, "I'll also let you know when I'm visiting Tokyo."

Your embrace lingered just a moment longer before you released Geto, allowing him to breathe beneath the weight of unspoken thoughts still lingering in his mind.

"... I appreciate you being here, more than you understand, Y/N." Geto mumbled, a hint of yearning and vulnerability that made your heart ache for him.

You smiled, returning to your swing, "I'm glad I can help.".

"Sometimes, I wonder if I deserve to have someone like you in my life," Geto continued, his tone filled with sincerity but also uncertainty.

“Maybe this—whatever this is between us—will find a better time to grow.” he let out a small bittersweet chuckle, the ambiguity in his words tugged at your heart, leaving a fluttering feeling of nervousness.

"You don’t have to think like that," you replied gently, searching his eyes for clarity. “You deserve happiness, and I want you to know you’re more than enough.”.

Geto nodded slowly, his expression darkening slightly as he looked away. You sensed that he's contemplating, opening his mouth as if words are stuck in his mouth.

"I'll wait for you." almost a whisper, "I want to be there when the time comes. I think that’s how I see my future." Something in his tone hinted at a deeper commitment that made your heart flutter.

"Geto..." you understand his implications, one that seemed to resonate beyond mere friendship. "I..."

"You don't have to answer now... I just... Wanted to let you know." Geto's expression fell slightly, maybe it's because he was afraid of your rejection. You could see the hope mingled with fear in his expression, and it tugged at your heartstrings.

"Come on, it's getting late. I'll walk you back," he said, his tone shifting to a more casual demeanor, carefully distracting the topic that made the atmosphere awkward just now.

As you two started to walk, you were gathering your thoughts. A part of you wanted to reach out, to pull him back and confront the feelings but the other part understood what responsibilities you have lays ahead.

The two of you walked side by side, each step felt heavier with the tension lingering in the silence.

"Geto," you finally broke the quiet, your voice soft yet steady. "What you said… it means a lot to me. I just need time to think about it."

He glanced at you, a flicker of understanding and sorrow passing through his eyes. "I get it. I don’t want to rush you into anything. I just wanted you to know where I stand."

"But..." you continued, "You deserve someone who can fully be there for you, someone. I don’t want you to risk losing it while waiting for something that might not come. Three years is a long time to wait, and I don’t want to lead you on, making promises that might not hold true."

"... Three years?" his tone catching you off guard. Geto turned to you, eyes wide with a mixture of curiosity and hope.

It was an accidental slip, the words spilling out before you could catch them. You hadn’t meant to suggest that there was a possibility of something more after that time frame.

“Um... I mean, after you graduate from high school, I mean! maybe…” You stumbled over your words, trying to navigate the implications of what you had just blurted out. “I didn’t mean to imply that you should wait specifically for me or anything!! It’s just… it’s a long time, and I mean...”

Geto's expression shifted, "So you mean... there’s a shot at this after three years?”

“Three years,” he repeated, a thoughtful smile creeping onto his face. “That’s not so bad. I can handle waiting even if it’s just a sliver of hope for the future.”

"No! I want you to have a life that’s not waiting for something that may not be certain. I-" you trailed off when Geto's gaze softened at you, a slight blush crept into your cheeks.

"Well... I didn't... mean it like that..." you stammered, your heart racing as you tried to recover, "I just meant that once you have graduated, maybe then we'll be ready to think about…"

"About us?" the tension became lighter, almost playful as Geto smirked, teasing you along the way.

"Maybe! Just maybe. It’s just a thought. I don’t want you to set your sights on something that may not happen.” you said, trying to stop this conversation before it spiraled into something bigger.

"Alright. I won't." he mused, a smile breaking across his face as he mumbled "Three years... "

"Alright then, thanks for walking me back," you said, trying to lighten the mood.

Geto smiled, a hint of his usual warmth returning. "That’s what friends are for, right? Besides, I’d never let you walk home alone at night. It’s too dangerous out here."

His protective nature stirred something within you, a reminder of just how much he cared.

"Good night, Geto." you said softly, offering a small smile, hoping to convey the warmth you felt despite the complexity of the situation.

“Goodnight, Y/N,” he replied, his voice in a lighter tone.

As you turned to enter your home, the reality of the moment settled into the silence. Maybe, just maybe, three years could lead to something beautiful, and until then, the bond you shared would continue to grow in unexpected ways.
