Theory: "Kill them all" Inho talks about Junho's team, but Junho is no longer with them, and Inho knows it. By that time, Junho had separated from the group (perhaps because he had declassified the captain) and sailed to the island alone.

How did Ilnam "convince" Inho to become a frontman?
I guess I'm not the first one to think about AU where he met Inho some time after the game, just like he would meet another winner, Gihun, in a few years. Inho probably couldn't get the 2015 game out of his head. Then Ilnam suggested Inho to return to the island for a while and watch videos of previous games.
To see how this has been happening every time for about thirty years.
How people behave.
And why, in all these “seasons”, none of the games have been stopped by a majority decision.
Inho was allowed to watch as many videos as he wanted. Then pink guard would have taken him home from the island, just like last time.
Inho stared at the screen until his eyes hurt.
He was not immediately offered the position of the frontman. Before sending him home, he was given a card with a number. He could call any day if he wanted to.
And one day he did it.

In season 1, Junho had to realize at some point that his brother wasn't among the players. When he got into the archives, he scrolled through the dossiers of every player this year, and did not find Inho there. I wonder what he was thinking then. He must have decided that if his brother was on the island, he might be one of the pink guards, or the people who serviced the VIPs

What if they show us Inho's flashbacks before his death? Or is it only done in anime?

I translated my Squid Game fanfic into English!
“The Prize”
Characters: 2015!Hwang Inho
Marks: angst
Inho remembered the summer of 2015 as rainy, but the night when he was thrown out of the limo onto the asphalt was clear. Before a passerby took off his blindfold, Inho heard a street musician singing and the sounds of guitar playing. He guessed that the singing was coming from somewhere around the corner, where he couldn't be seen, and no one will help him untie the ropes on his hands and feet unless he attracts attention by screaming… but it took too much strength to scream. Even breathing in and out required strength. Maybe it's not so bad to lie on the asphalt and shiver from the cold.
He spat out the card that had stuck across his throat, already imagining that it was golden in color, although he had never seen such a thing before.
"Player 132," was the last thing he heard in the car before the soporific gas was turned on, "congratulations on your victory."
It only took Inho a week to get used to answering to "132" instead of his own name.
He could have made a street musician a millionaire. The musician sang out of need of money, but it was still beautiful. For the sake of money, people sometimes do much scarier things. Inho hears someone's footsteps right next to his ear, and wonders what the person who came up will do — take off his blindfold or steal his card. He takes off the blindfold. Inho's gaze falls on the full moon on the horizon — the moon is always very beautiful in summer — and at the same moment he recognizes the song — the musician sings Frank Sinatra’s “Fly me to the moon”.
That night, Inho will get to the ATM, withdraw some money, and think about going back and giving a few bills to the musician. Now a few bills are nothing to Inho. He can make origami out of money, he can use them as handkerchiefs when he gets a runny nose from the cold. Even when he pays for his wife's medical treatment (she became even sicker before he left; the last time Inho managed to sleep, he saw her pale face in a dream), even when he pays off his debts, he will have so much money left that he can afford not to work for a long time. He could hardly believe it. They will even be able to go to the seaside, as they had planned before she fell ill… if Inho can get along with the idea that this money is the result of the deaths of four hundred and fifty-five people. But none of his family would ever know about it, would they? And what's wrong with Inho making them a little happier with that money? He wonders if that musician would be at The Game, would he go over his head for the money?
His right leg was in pain; he had managed to twist it on the last round. In the last few minutes. If this had happened earlier, he probably wouldn’t have won. It was too painful to even walk, let alone run and jump. And yet something was pulling him back, something that wouldn't leave his mind, like the chorus of “Fly me to the moon”. Inho reached the place, but the musician was no longer there.

What exactly do we know from Inho and Junho's family background? Inho saved Junho's life by giving away his kidney. It's all. So I thought…
We can see how much Junho values him - seems like Inho was a wonderful older brother. But what if that's not the case, and Junho is just biased about him, not seeing his flaws, or ignoring it, or just doesn't knowing about it?
How does Junho feel about getting a kidney? I think it's a mixture of gratitude, guilt, and (probably) a sense of duty.
The way he told the pink guard about his brother in season 1 - the gratitude.
The way he mentions that if it wasn't for him, Inho might have sold his kidney when he needed the money - the irrational sense of guilt.
The way his mother remembers that Inho saved his life - could that give Junho a sense of duty?
So it's possible if we're told their backstory, it will be symbolic that Junho found out the truth about his brother and his connection to games.
Has his brother stopped being a good person? Or has he never been one?

I found out about an Asian game called "tuho". And it would be an interesting option for one of the rounds in the Squid Game! In Korea, it is customary to play tuho on New Year's holidays, so the playing room would be decorated in the New Year's style. I imagined that some year the games were held in winter, and it was decided to add a round with "tuho".

The recruiter mentioned that he used to be one of the pink guards. What if Inho didn't immediately become a frontman either and first held the position of a guard?

I feel like if Squid Game was a sitcom, then the theory that Gihun and Inho (and Junho) are Ilnam's sons would be canon

I have an idea of a game for AU! It may be an AU about any season of the games (the first games in 80s, 2015’s games, s3 games, etc)
“The floor is lava”-game.
It has something in common with "mingle" and with "red light, green light". This round could take place in a room with a huge playground, where the dalgona game was played in s1.
Rule option: within 5 seconds, you need to climb anywhere (a monkey bars, slide, etc.) so that your body does not touch the ground, and stay there as long as you are told.
Players who fail to make it are eliminated.
Players who fall to the ground ahead of time (or just slightly touched the ground) are eliminated.
Players who fell because they were pushed are eliminated.
Players who fall because they tried to move to a more comfortable place are eliminated.

I realized what a room with a glass bridge looked like. It looks like a circus arena!! And the players jumping on the glass are here in the role of artists who perform life-threatening stunts!

Headcanon (tw: death and loss)
As a child, Junho once thought how strange it is to realize that his family members - his brother and his parents - had a life before Junho was born, but he had known them all his life
And then in season 3, he experiences Inho's death and remembers this thoughts, because now he knows what it's like to live without him
