My favourite interaction I've ever had with my boss was about a week after I first started and I couldn't sleep due to the heat so I was just walking around the base in the middle of the night and as it turned out so was the Boss. We ended up running into each other, scaring each other, and then he pulled a bar of chocolate out of his utility belt, took off my cap, and balanced it on my head

Every time I've asked him about it since he's denied it with his life but would also crack up as he tried to insist he wouldn't do a thing like that

I still wonder why he did that
