Bought some Realgood brand frozen foods. Ate two of these sandwiches because I was hungry. The bun is cauliflower. Overall I鈥檇 give it a 7/10. It was good but not great. I鈥檇 prefer to keep buying the Atkins omelettes. I sprinkle cheese on top to give it more fat.

It's really good. Net carb count is high at 14 net carbs for the entire meal.

Just did a 12 hour fast and broke it with 2 breakfast sausages and 5 eggs fried in Kerry Gold butter.
Do I feel great? No.
Am I determined? Yes.
Going to push myself to do 16/8 IF and keep eating keto friendly.

Keto Ramen.
Use shirataki noodles.
Rinse well to remove the fishy smell.
Sautee in butter and garlic.
Add water and beef baste.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Add any seasonings you want. I used soul food seasoning to give it a kick.

Some keto favorites.
Keto Coffee: super delicious. I make mine cold and add 3 sweetener packets.
Tuna Boats: tuna made with mayo, mustard and onion on a lettuce wrap.
Roasted veggies: celery, carrots, zucchini, onion.
Eggplant lasagna: eggplant, ricotta cheese, ground beef, mozzarella, sauce.
Keto Big Mac Salad: amazing, we make this often. Recipe: (we always forget to add the Sesame seeds)

Haven't posted in a few days bc I've failed at keto. I ate a cheeseburger yesterday and chinese today. Going to cook bacon, eggs and sausage in the morning like I do every Saturday and see where things go. I might up my carb limit to include quinoa bc that shit is so good. Just kidding of course. I bought beef jerky and pork rinds to snack on. I've got meat to cook and cheese to do something with.
I've got an interview on Tuesday that I'm nervous about. I haven't worked in 2 months so I need this job. Need to get motivated.

Off to a good start this morning. It鈥檚 not much because everyone鈥檚 sick and I don鈥檛 feel like cooking but at least it鈥檚 keto friendly.
2 medium eggs, 2 banquet sausage links, a cup of folgers coffee with 5 sweetener packets and a tablespoon of french vanilla creamer(i know it鈥檚 bad but i don鈥檛 have any hwc). Less than 300 cals total for breakfast.
Will update this post with lunch and dinner & myfitnesspal info as the day progresses.
I didn't really eat anything for lunch but I did have a serving of pepperoni for a snack. Dinner was tuna with mustard, mayo and onion on a lettuce wrap with 2 slices of pickles.
I drank coffee this morning and I ended up getting an Arizona tea bc it was only 50c at Walmart.
I didn't even eat 1000 calories today which is bad.
The baby will be home tomorrow because she's running a fever so idk if tomorrow will be any better.
I'm trying.
