Michael English Daibouken (What's Michael?) NES Famicom Disk System https://youtu.be/B7Auj0jfAW0
It's Michael, that mischievous dancing cat from Makoto Kobayashi's comedy manga and anime "What's Michael?" In this edutainment game for Nintendo's Famicom Disk System, kids will learn English with the help of Michael, his wife Poppo, their "student" children, and that fat cat Nyajira (Catzilla).
It's an okay platformer from Scorpion Soft, where you must jump carefully to collect letters, then float around to collect words (?) There was also a PC-88 adventure game of What's Michael? which included a lot more of the manga's characters and story. The manga and anime presented several different versions of Michael in different situations. This game's Michael is actually a cat from space (!)

Garfield's A Tail of Two Kitties
(Nintendo DS) Gameplay https://youtu.be/DDduDhxHkvc It's Garfield, jumping around in the big city (London), and collecting food, in this boring platformer for the DS. Platforming is pretty much all you'll be doing here. All platforms, all the time!

Where’s My Egg? (Penguin Land) Gameplay (Android)
https://youtu.be/_gkN_G3wcrk
Great free Android/iOS mobile game by Sander Voorn (Voorn Multimedia). Similar to Sega’s Penguin Land, but has its own quirks and differences. I used to be good at this but it’s been awhile.  Help Mr. Penguin by guiding him with his egg to Ms. Penguin. Each level is a challenging puzzle with amazing enemies and problems. Cut through ice and guide your precious egg through increasingly challenging scenarios! And don’t let your egg drop too hard! Ms. Penguin lives in a secret home under the ice of the South Pole while Mr. Penguin brings surprise eggs to his Missus. But there’s trouble. Enemies try to grab your egg and the ice is slippery. Mr. Penguin needs your help getting his eggs and presents to Ms. Penguin.

Garfield (Konami LCD Handheld) Gameplay Complete
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wd6AUHt-hjo Konami's LCD handheld games were better than those by Tiger Electronics, although that's a very low bar. They do at least have their own unique gamefeel, even compared to those by Nintendo and Bandai. Here's a complete playthrough of "Garfield."

Go! Go! Beckham! Adventure on Soccer Island
(Game Boy Advance) Gameplay
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rTjO8B3No8
UK footballer David Beckham stars in this Yoshi's Island-inspired platformer game, with mandatory soccer-ball mechanics. And it's pretty fun, though not the most intuitive mechanic in the world. Also there's a penguin.

Garfield Labyrinth
https://youtu.be/OhWsMjTyJlI
Kemco's Game Boy game Garfield Labyrinth, which asserts that Garfield and Odie are a couple in romantic love. Released in other regions as Mickey Mouse IV, and The Real Ghostbusters. It was also an unreleased (and unavailable) Kid Klown game. The romantic Garfield/Odie ending is copied from the Mickey Mouse version (or was it Kid Klown?).
It's actually an unauthorized clone of PP Hammer and His Pneumatic Weapon (by Traveling Bits Production for Amiga and Commodore 64). A lot was lost in translation- the design, atmosphere, commentary, and what passes for adult humor in the original.
But the Game Boy game is much more forgiving and controls a lot better, at least without a good joystick. It has less "gotcha" moments than PP Hammer, where it's easy to get stuck.
We've also got Garfield Labyrinth for Nintendo Entertainment System/Famicom, for some reason.

Garfield in The Fantastic Funnies (1980)
https://youtu.be/xm7kvKzoyKw
Jim Davis' Garfield the cat first appeared in animated form in The Fantastic Funnies (1980), a strange special hosted by Loni Anderson. It was produced by Lee Mendelson and Bill Melendez who produced the Peanuts specials, and who did the first few Garfield specials afterward. Garfield was played by Scott Beach, who voiced "The Death Star plans are not in the main computer" in Star Wars, among other things. The animation adapts a few early strips which had a fatter design for Garfield, and the thinner design here isn't quite right. They're still figuring out how to draw the cat. This follows a Tumbleweeds segment, which Jim Davis also worked on. You can see the whole special here with thanks to FuzzyMemories:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnZodlc0UyE
