Hey guys, I used to have an old ed blog but I became inactive when I reached my gw. I recently got surgery and haven’t been able to work out and I’ve been binging really hard. Tomorrow I’m going to start my 18 hour fast to help me ease into fasting again and on my off days I’m only going to be consuming 800 Cals or less. I need to loose the weight b/c it makes me so ugly being such a fat loser. If you want to help each other stick to fasts + if you just want to talk always feel free to DM me :)
