❗Ancelotti's Replacement Rumours❗
As we are all aware rumours spread fast, the recent topic of conversation? Carlo Ancelotti is said to be on the hunt for a successor to the Real Madrid team we see today.
He is expected to depart from the LaLiga club after his contract expires at the end of the season. However, following this he is said to possibly take over Brazils national team.
So, where could Ancelotti be looking? Brighton.
Specifically, looking at Roberto De Zerbi, who has managed the formerly mentioned club for the last year. His stats are not to be underestimated, averaging an approx. 1.61 points per match within the 56 games played.
Is this a good move for the club? Or, is someone else more suited to the job? It is certainly no easy task, especially with all the expectations surrounding powerhouse Real Madrid.

Sancho Vs. Man United Saga
As we have all been made aware, there is currently a lot of unrest at Manchester United. Whether it be the season they are having, the management of Ten Hag, or players' crazy social lives, there is a new story every day.
However, one recurring scandal is the treatment of player Jadon Sancho.
We begin with, after refusing to apologise to Erik Ten Hag for saying that the manager was dishonest about Jadon Sancho's omission from the 3-1 loss against Arsenal, for which 20 man team he was not a part of, on September 3, the player will no longer be able to practice with Manchester United's first team. After said game, Ten Hag said: “Based on his performances in training we did not select him. You have to reach a level every day at Man United and we can make choices on the front line. So for this game, he was not selected.” Sancho clapped back at this comment to defend his honour, since then the 23-year-old's future has not been looking ideal. After this issue, a club statement read: “Jadon Sancho will remain on a personal training program away from the first team group pending resolution of a squad discipline issue.” Surprise, surprise, it has yet to be resolved.
The most recent update of this ongoing battle has been that the winger eats his lunch away from the team also. Settling to eat alone in his car during breaks. He has also been reportedly removed from the team WhatsApp group.
What else is to come from this feud? Only time will tell if it will be resolved. However, this treatment is a cause for concern within the football community itself and the general public as a heavy focus on mental health has been implemented. Many fans believe that this treatment is inhumane and neglectful, as grown adults a resolution should not be so difficult to come to terms with.
Will Jadon Sancho and Erik Ten Hag continue to bite their tongues on resolutions or will they be able to come to an agreement?

2025 - Pogba Ban
Paul Pogba, a 30-year-old French international player currently at Serie A club Juventus has reportedly failed 2 anti-doping tests. The midfielder is facing a ban of approximately 2 years from football.
One of the initial drug screenings was said to be random and took place on the 20th of August this year after Juventus' win at Udinese (3-0). This led to Pogba being provisionally suspended at the time after he was found to be in contact with uses of testosterone, a hormone that can increase an athlete’s endurance levels.
Juventus states; "Pogba’s failed test has come as a serious surprise to us as a club and the midfielder is a player we did not expect to have such a problem. However, we will have to move on if he is handed a lengthy ban from the game".
Pogba's ban length should become public knowledge within the coming days as decisions are still to be made.

Mbappé's Uncertain Future
As things stand, Mbappé will become a free agent at the end of the current season. If he is unable to reach a new contract with the French team, a number of major clubs will be vying for the opportunity to sign one of the most sought-after players in the world for nothing.
However, we hate to be the bearers of bad news, but allegations that Real Madrid have held talks with Paris Saint-Germain 'Star Boy', Kylian Mbappé, have been dismissed by the La Liga Club as being "completely false". A club statement was released as follows: “Given the information recently issued and published by different media outlets, in which there is speculation about alleged negotiations between the player Kylian Mbappé and our club, Real Madrid C.F. wants to state that this information is completely false and that no such negotiations have taken place with a player who belongs to PSG.”
Although there were questioning eyes on the Parisian as even with a world record £257 million offer from Saudi Arabian team Al-Hilal last month, the player decided against heading to the Middle East. Could something else be in the works for the forward?

Sheffield Wednesday, Gone by Friday?
Thai businessman and owner of EFL Championship club Sheffield Wednesday, Dejphon Chansiri, is causing quite a stir within the team and community. He has appealed to supporters to donate £2 million in order to prevent financial fines and a transfer restriction on the team.
To quote, “If 20,000 people gave £100, then it's £2 million, and it’s clear.”
Following this, in an interview with the Sheffield Star, Chansiri stated that staff and players might not receive payment as well due to the current hardship or “cash-flow issues”.
However, the Sheffield Wednesday owner has made fast enemies with the community, in an attempt to convince fans to donate, he declared “If you don’t want to save your club, then don’t call yourselves the owners and me the custodian”
Following an incident in the previous month, Chansiri took aim at Wednesday supporters, stating he was halting funding the team because of the unjust treatment he had gotten from the supporters, “I am not willing to inject more money while I am being treated unfairly by those fans.”
He defended himself saying the following, "You do not understand how important this club is to me and my family. I have been here nine years and it is a part of my life." This whole situation has caused severe unrest at the club.
As of now, the future of Sheffield Wednesday is up in the air. Debts are to be paid ideally by November 10th.
Do you think a resolution can be found in time?
