Mha headcanon- It was all a dream? Fanfic idea.
What if Deku for some reason dies during the war and before he closes his eyes for good he wakes in a hospital bed and his mother is beside him and looking considerately younger. Gone was the wrinkle from time and the grey hair from stress and gone was the smile that graced her face when he came home from school. A doctor comes in and examine him and he realizes he is no longer he was a UA student fighting a war but a child who a fell into a coma after not eating or sleeping properly because of the news of his Quirklessness.
What if this Deku’s quirk to see into the future and experience said future.
