Got around to watching Go Rush Episode 105 and it wasn’t too bad. Manabu is back and he gets a good episode this time. I liked seeing him use Chemicalize Salamander again because he’s been using that Maximum quite a bit in his past couple duels.

Now, Epoch who is the main focus of this episode. It’s good that she gets over her cheating (although she does try to do it at the start of the duel). I’m not too sure about her design. I’ve seen people say she looks too much like Tiger and…yeah. If they really want her to be similar to her descendants in Sevens, I think it could be cool to see her have traits of both Tiger AND Luke. Her voice is very powerful which is another Tiger trait, but what if she had something related to Luke’s Pauli effect?

I wasn’t super blown away by the episode and not much was accomplished, but I liked it more than the previous two of this season. I think it’s because they’re drawing on characters I already like while the new characters I’m not fond of.
