So can't deal with all of this right now. In the space of a few days I've had various bits of my life just fall to pieces and past events and feelings dredged up, I can't cope with this. When you end up sleeping on a pillow that is cold and wet from tears you know stuff is just too much. Worst bit is it isn't even going to get better for a while, if anything it is only going to get worse
