need help finding the source of this quote

i literally cannot find the source for this and i think it was from somewhere on tumblr? possibly a fallout/fallout new vegas fanart? but maybe not? i know for a fact i liked the actual post many years ago but i put it in a google doc in 2020. cannot for the life of me find the source. it is in the context of a sick drawing or comic i believe
