12 Lusamine

(12: Jewelry headcanons)

Lusamine prefers diamond (A symbol for eternal love), pearl (A symbol for innocence, she’d most likely think of herself as innocent and pure), and emerald (Symbol for pure love) jewelry. In fact, the jewel on her outfit is an emerald, resembling her and the Aether Foundation’s “pure love” for pokémon.

She wears jangly, loud bracelets when caring for pokémon so that if any were to run away from her presence (or inner nature) when she approaches them, she could blame it on the noise the bracelets make, as to prevent suspicion and to perhaps also reassure herself since she wouldn’t take the idea of being ran away from very well

#4 for Ash Ketchum

(Driving headcanon)

Even after he reached the legal driving age, he was adamant about traveling on his feet. He feels like he’s can better explore the world that way, because a vehicle would make the world zoom by way too fast for him to see all of it. Once in a while, he considered a truck, train, boat, plane, etc. helpful, but he never got a driver’s license.

#10 Lusamine

(10- Physical appearance headcanon)

(I’m not quite sure what exactly to do with this one because she has a canon physical appearance, but I’ll try my best!)

Before the events of Sun/Moon and before the Mohn incident, Lusamine dressed very colorfully, with a slight favor towards purple (the opposite of yellow). Her hair was very short, and she kept up with its length as much as possible, making sure it didn’t surpass her shoulders, and this was just simply how she wanted to look. 

After the Mohn incident, Lusamine began to be much more lax on her hair length, allowing it to reach lengths she wouldn’t have even played with as an idea in her image of herself. Naturally, she at first stopped wearing colorful clothing for mourning purposes, but after her mourning period, she began to despise her old clothes and opted for only white as the deviation to the mourning black. 

Later on, she decided her wardrobe’s color scheme was too bland in its style, too odd in its entirety, and much too suspicious to outside eyes. She settled that she needed a bit of color. She chose yellow, in spite of her favorite color, purple.

She styled her long hair in the shape that is seen in Sun/Moon in a way that made her feel the most comfortable. Almost enclosing around her, somewhat like a shield or cocoon. Protected from all that could threaten to take more from her, but of course that didn’t stop Gladion and Lillie from running away. Tried as she might’ve, she couldn’t enclose them, too.

When she fused with Nihilego and became Mother Beast, her splash of color turned from yellow to purple because of her old favorite color. Her enclosure was broken, and the aspects of her old self began to flood out. On Mother beast, there are hints of a sort of rainbow theme, tying back to her love for colors and her colorful clothing she had in the past. 

To give this a sort of happy ending, after Sun/Moon, Lusamine fully recovered from Nihilego’s toxins. Since her fusing with Nihilego allowed some of her old self to slip out, she was able to achieve closure with her past, with the help of Lillie (she was able to talk about what she did to Lillie and Gladion to her, too). Although she did apply some of her older self to her new appearance (Purple, colorful clothes), she kept her long hair, only that it was styled so that it flowed and didn’t close around her anymore. In a way, Lusamine, much like Lillie, didn’t choose her own clothes for a long time, either.

Bathing/showering headcanon for Maxie and Archie?

Maxie

Despite that he knows they’re sort of bad for you, Maxie likes hot showers. If he ever shared a household with anyone else, him using up all of the hot water would be a common complaint from the other person/people

He uses pumice rock as often as possible (I’m sure my reasoning behind this is quite obvious)

Since I headcanon that he dyes his hair that sort of salmon-ish color, he uses a special shampoo for it so the color won’t get damaged/washed out

Archie

Unlike Maxie, Archie takes colder showers. He just kinda braves it and believes that he feels a lot better when he’s out of the shower than if he were to take a hotter one. He tries to convince Maxie to this way of thinking, but it falls on deaf ears

He takes baths every so often and uses bubbles because he’s a youthful soul with the heart of a child. He has a rubber Ducklett for the same reason. Judge him at your own risk

Bath bombs :D ! He’ll quietly say “(bath) bombs away!” to himself as he puts it in the water

I'd like to think that Archie hadn't totally grown out of it, and that he keeps a few action figures on his nightstand or at least in a drawer somewhere.

With the emphasis on "going back to the beginning/how things once were", he'd definitely be a man for nostalgia

Archie has lots of trouble opening up things like a bag of chips or anything that has a plastic wrapping around it. Like he will use so much force that he just rips the entire bag and let's say it's a bag of chips and the chips goes flying everywhere.
