It's been a rough week, I'm refusing to acknowledge bad news last week so I'm keeping myself distracted by finally cleaning my living room now I can find the furniture after being completely full of girl scout cookies. It's been months since I diffused anything because of the mess and a broken globe, but within minutes of plugging it in I could tell a difference... I needed this today. Last night was hard... Dorian got sick and starting throwing up everywhere at 3am and Willow's chick died around the same time so no one got much sleep. I decided to log into FB only to find that a good friend (when we were in elementary school) was killed. We probably haven't talked or seen each other in person since 3rd grade but thanks to social media she's stayed in my life. Her smile would light up my news feed, I've watched her children grow up and prayed for her after a near fatal car accident about 10 years ago. Although she was only in my life a short time (and so long ago) her passing has been heavy on my heart all day today. About Troop 616: We are one of the island's newest girl scout troops (4 months old) and have 5 juniors (4th/5th grades) who are looking to sell 4000 boxes this year.
