I used to believe confidence came from being perfect.
↳ But here's the truth: ↳ Confidence isn't built on perfection. ↳ It's built on proof.
Proof that you've: ↳ Survived challenges. ↳ Learned new skills. ↳ Taken risks and grown stronger.
Confidence isn't something you're born with— It's something you earn by doing.
Want to build rock-solid confidence? Here’s your step-by-step guide:
1. Start Small:
Pick one tiny action. Prove to yourself you can do it.
2. Celebrate Wins:
Every success counts—acknowledge them.
3. Learn from Mistakes:
Mistakes aren't failures; they're feedback.
4. Keep a "Proof List":
Write down your achievements, big and small.
5. Push Your Comfort Zone:
Confidence grows when you stretch yourself, even slightly.
Remember: Confidence doesn't demand perfection. It thrives on evidence.
What proof have you gathered lately that you're stronger than you think?
If this resonates, share it with someone who needs to hear this today!

Do we Truly Need a Mentor
Ekalavya, a character from the epic Mahabharata, asked Dronacharya, The teacher of the Kauravas and Pandavas to be his teacher. Dronacharya rejected him because of his lower status. Then, Ekalavya made a statue of Dronacharya and practiced in front of it. Through hard work and dedication, he became a master archer, Treating the statue as his #mentor, even without direct lessons.
How a mentor can be helpful for us: 1.      Accelerated Learning 2.     Personalized Guidance 3.     Motivation and Accountability 4.      Networking Opportunities 5.     Confidence-Boost Uncover how a single mentor transformed my #FITNESS journey—read more here! https://lnkd.in/dN2Q5x4H

If you're analyzing too much,
You're not trying anything new.
You're just thinking about what you already know.

Depression and #Anxiety are 2 sides of the same COIN.
Depression dwells on painful memories from the past,
While anxiety projects those past experiences into the future,
Expecting future negative outcomes.
Both are the JAIL of Your own MIND.

#Focus and #Overwhelm go hand in hand.
When you're overwhelmed, your focus decreases.
As your focus weakens, you become more overwhelmed.
The cycle is continuously repeating and becoming increasingly difficult to break.
So Take 3 DEEP #BREATH and break the cycle.
