its nice to know my mom tries and acknowledges that im trans

my sister had a baby the other day, so my mom said how we now have “4 girls and 4 boys in our household” then she corrected herself and said “well,3 girls, and 5 boys” (i have a big household)

even though she doesnt correct pronouns when referring to me, or talking about me. at least i know when it gets brought up she makes an effort. which i appreciate.

Today I was talking to my dad and I referred to myself as his son(I’m genderfluid btw) and he said “Today’s a Son day huh?” And I was like “yeah” And he was like “huh, I thought today was a Saturday, not a Sunday” And I just laughed for like 5 minutes
