Don't see yourself as 'odd' whenever you have something unusual to people around. Like your interest and personalities for example. They're supposed to be original not a copy paste from others.

It's okay if your opinion is different, just make sure it'll satisfy your crave. Also, having an idol is fine. A role model is somehow important to help you find what you've been looking for. It don't have to be a famous artist.

For me, my mom is the biggest idol ever since I'm born.

That is how commonly people would feel. They're lost, but gives a lot of positivity to others even though they're living inside the same world.

But, I really hope they realize that they should be advising themselves with the same thing.
