Just drew a quick lil living room piece to try and get back into it; sorry art's been a lil slow but i've been doin that thing where i kinda hop around between pieces and it takes me ages to finish any individual one but i'm nearly done with a couple others so we'll see if June is a bit less drought-ey!

Been growing attached to this deer character I've drawn a few times, enough to sorta adopt her as a third sona I guess; here she is with my wonderful partner @ananxiouscoyote :3

Not sure why I didn't upload this piece of Cinder in "combat mode" but I like to think they have like, a short nanite blade and armor that folds out from underneath the plating for whenever a scouting mission goes awry and they have to deal with the security systems.

i try to do that pixelated/aliased artstyle myself but yours is so much better!!!! like how i wish i could draw!

aaa it always warms my heart getting compliments like this! i think you could probably make even better art over time, even with a mouse; i use a mouse myself, though it took nearly a decade to find a style/program/method that works for me

just keep at it! you'll be where you want to be - and even beyond that point - before ya know it!

Sorry it's been a while, I've been trying to get into writing; here's a character from one of my stories [or a series of stories, potentially]

Decided to finish up an older piece for the fun of it

Woah I actually committed to this thing long enough to call it [mostly] complete; still needs a head and tail, technically, but those are going to be their own models. [And textures too, of course.]

For now I'm gonna rest up and do some more 2D stuff so I don't get too rusty. Perhaps a bit of animation? Been a hot minute since I've done one of those.

Wew it's almost mid December already?

I haven't drawn nearly as much winter stuff as I've wanted to, but I *have* been trying to learn [low poly] 3D modeling.

I don't know what my goals are yet; maybe I'll just make models I can pose as a reference for my 2D stuff, maybe if I click with it I could try 3D animation down the line, dunno. Or I'll lose the fixation and go back to 2D, never touching 3D again after a week, who knows.

If I do stick with it, I think I'll stick with low poly, it'll match how my 2D art is usually 16 bits.
