EXCERPT:

"I've made too many mistakes already, Dean. Don't say or do anything that will force me to make another."  Castiel whispered, and though he did not spare Dean a glance, his voice was firm and low. 

The omega that stood in front of Dean was a stranger. The omega Dean had fallen in love with the night ago had vanished. 

Watching Castiel twirl the revolver in his hand reminded Dean of what Benny had mentioned the night before, about a rogue omega gang which seduced alphas before stealing from them and murdering them in cold-blood. 

"Castiel." Dean breathed out in disbelief. "You're a rogue omega; the bandit gang everyone is scared of in Serafe, you're a part of it, aren't you."

"I run the gang, Dean." Castiel looked up at last. Dean hitched a breath— whoever this man was, he was certainly not the same omega Dean had made love to the night before. No, he could not possibly be the same omega that had kissed Dean with his heart and soul, or had clung to Dean and breathed his name out as a prayer, the same omega that had begged Dean to touch him. 

"The brothel—"

"A cover. And good one at that." A lopsided grin spread across Castiel's face as he gazed down at Dean. Dean couldn't even stand the sight of him. He tried to break out of the rope, but only ended up scratching his own skin. 

"It won't tear. I've been using it for the past ten years. Trust me, it's a tight one." 

"You bitch, you motherfucking whore, you bastard—" Dean shouted out, yanking at the rope as hard as he could in sheer anger and agitation. 

"My little dove, my sweet omega, my angel—" Castiel laughed haughtily, and wandered over to where Dean was tied to the bedframe. "What happened to all of that?"
