Taz Graduation Au where Grey takes in Fitzroy to help with his chaos magic instead of festo. They develop a father-son/Mentor bond and Grey secretly gets attached but tries not to let it get to him since he needs to focus on the war.

So when the big twist when Grey is revealed is even more heartbreaking cause Fitzroy feels absolutely betrayed and stabbed in the back. And Grey makes it worse by pretending he was just using Fitzroy and everything they bonded over and the closeness they got didn't matter!

It goes off more of the original idea of them having to prepare for this war. Where they have this battle on school grounds and The Thundermen work together to take down Grey.

Argo and the Firbolg help Fitzroy steady his chaotic magic to send a powerful lightning bolt at grey defeating him once an for all. Fitzroy definitely sobs afterwards for having to murder his father figure.

Lil rant about Gray and some thoughts in no particular order

If I may point out Higglemiss (hope I spelled that right) and Gray beefing the first episode is so funny to me. Is Gray just been sitting there for years waiting like 'this motherfucker will come out eventually.' Gray is so patient and yet the thundermen make him snap so easily.

He literally runs a school for 50 years for funsy. Obviously I know it was for this big war but like dude didn't have to do that. He could've worked more in the background but no he had to be the front man. Pretending to be his greatest enemy.

Do you think he enjoyed it? Making these connections with these college kids? He definitely had to gotten attached at some point. This man was so easily flipped to good. He had to of gotten soft over the years.

I'm relisting to Taz Graduation since I always miss stuff the first time around and get confused easily when listening for podcasts the first time. Gonna try to remember everyone names this time and understand who is who- also the subtle hints about things to come from the first EP is marvelous

Listening to Taz Graduation the first time and I love this whole series. I love the villain Grey and I love the trio. The adventures they go on is so fun and charming. I have to stop myself from giggling at my desk working cause I love every bit of this series so much!
