My bf is interested in starting to read comics with Magik but it's not easy at all to navigate through the X-men universe... do you happen to have a few suggestions for comics that feature Magik as (one of the) main character(s)? I know her only through cameos so I'm no expert on her character. Thank you 💕

Suuuure, I can always recommend some books that are easier to read and feature our beloved daughter 🖤

Origins: Magik Mini-series (1983) #1-4 New Mutants: Dead Souls (2018) #1-6 Savage Avengers (2019) #12-16 New Mutants (2019) #25-28 (labors of Magik arc) Midnight Suns (2022) #1-5 What If Magik Became Sorcerer Supreme + Doctor Strange: The End (alt reality, I know, but it's Stephen and Yana's father/daughter bond at its best so...) And lastly her newest book that just launched last month!

Then I'd recommend New Mutants v1 after the previous ones. It's a harder reading because it's considered old style, but I really love this book and how it depicts their bonds. Those are the ones I judge easier to navigate through the X-Men universe, but there are certainly way more. I'd also recommend the amazing @dailydamnation for everything Magik related in case you need guidance and more recs! Honestly the best Magik blog in this hellsite.
