Welcome to my art blog! I hope you enjoy your stay. <3

The Animist Alliance- A colony mostly composed of charitable vegetarians who just want to build a pretty base and raise an army of thrumbos (finished) Bonus: The "theme song" of this colony (the song that always makes me think of them)

The Children of Ecthuctu- A cult of nomadic cannibals who worship an eldritch deity and wander the planet searching for a ship (finished) Bonus: The "theme song" of this colony (the song that always makes me think of them)

A Mechanitor's Message- A misanthropic mechanitor who wants nothing to do with other people and everything to do with mechanoids (coming soon)

I bet T'au hooves make a satisfying clicking noise when they're being tapped impatiently...

At long last, welcome to the cult Baby Butternut Buckeye!! Once again, Magic Man is apparently not listed as her father, though I can assure you he is.

More importantly... This means, at last, we're ready to go.

... And not a moment too soon! Adiós, mechanoids!

There isn't very much to see at the Landed Ship, but the small makeshift colony will still be shown off, as is tradition:

A small colony backed into a teeny-tiny valley, close to the seaside with not much to see. Randy Random was nice enough to allow the snow to melt for the colony tour, not that there was much to see underneath the snow.

The centre of the colony is a cobbled-together room around a campfire, where everyone huddles together for warmth on the cold tundra nights. None of them are happy about it, but they all lived (all the important ones lived, anyway. Curly can kick bricks). There's also a sauna, a closet, a guest room (formerly a prison cell) and some bathrooms.

We don't really talk about the Ecthuctu-forsaken storage situation.

The nursery/laboratory is the only room kept at a consistently warm temperature.

We have a barn for our animals, another little bathroom area, our temple, and a deathrest chamber for newly-turned sanguophage Vasso that will never be used.

There's a field of haygrass for the animals, alongside an itty-bitty hospital for emergencies.

The colony's entrance is sealed with a chain-link fence and dutifully guarded by several turrets and spike traps—and that's it! I told you there wasn't much to see.

Oh well, we researched deathrest back when we were trying to recruit Eerie. Why not?

Sanguophage Hunters remind Bella of her beloved cringe OC from her childhood... Perhaps Lyra Seraphine Electra Mercy Rothchester lives on somewhere else, happily hunting sanguophages. Not here, though. Here, we hunt the hunters.

Vampire Vasso... How exciting! I'm sure he'll enjoy this while he's in cryptosleep for Ecthuctu-knows how long.

A pirate raid decided to try their luck at hijacking our Ecthuctu-given ship, but Pro had it handled.

This is the tried-and-true "T'au Kapow" method. Socks was there in case melee backup was needed, but Pro is too good a shot to let anybody get past.

Then Baby Bluegum became Child Bluegum, and she's very cute— with blonde hair, for some reason. Not sure which side of the family that particular trait comes from, but it's very pretty so we won't question it.

Baby Revenant also grew up into Child Revenant, and he's too cute for words. I think, of all four Babalbil-Mossler kids, he looks the most like Duchess so far. It's probably the "ω" mouth.

This made me laugh. Imagine going, "We need someone to help us broker peace. Hmm... Oh! I know! How about the cAnNiBaL tOrTuRe CuLt down the road? They'd be perfect!"

Anyway, after I finished laughing, I sent Duchess to help out. She has level 20 social skill, and I thought we might as well. Both factions still hate us, but they went from -100 to -40 and -56, so whatever Duchess did worked.

I imagine that Pro, being air caste, is getting a bit sick of wandering around the planet. She's ready and raring to go, and who am I to deny her? Start the engine!

We were immediately raided by pigskins, who were scared off by Pro herself (she's quite dangerous with that Pulse Carbine of hers!), but not before one raider managed to throw some grenades.

Unfortunately, Magic Man's beloved pet razorjack Dopey was caught in the explosion (and the second explosion when the raider and her grenades caught fire). Magic Man was understandably distraught at this unwelcome development.

He wandered off to mope in the sauna, and we seized one of the sarcophagi that was littered around to bury Dopey just as she deserved. Poor thing.

Our phoenix owlcat Cannibal (I swear that name was randomly generated) was also exploded, but he has nine lives, so he walked it off. What a champ.

Gotta say, I just love everyone's winter clothes! They looks so... normal despite being cannibal cultists. When the ship leaves, will you please draw all of the gang together?

I'm definitely having fun drawing everybody all bundled up in scarves and hats, so I'm glad you like seeing it! They are very normal and unintimidating, though, aren't they? Maybe one day I'll do a run with a different cult that has strict uniform guidelines or something, then there can be thematic cult robes and hoods or something. That could be fun to draw!!

I would love to draw a "family portrait" for the finale of the series! I'll definitely do my best to get a beautiful picture done for you <3

Dire Wolf aged into an adult at the same time as we got a commissar hat and a face mask in some cargo pods. Euclid whipped up a pair of sunglasses to complete the look, and now our baby girl is all grown up! She's developed the masochist trait because I thought it'd be funny.

Not one to be outdone by his big sister, Night Stalker had a birthday too. He got the tidy trait, because most of his chores involve sweeping and cleaning up, but now I regret it and think it would've been way funnier to have a world-weary seven year old moping around the colony.

Then Euclid had a great idea, heralding the start of what was presumably the worst day of Nepos' life...

Poor guy. He won't have to suffer for long, though.

A sacrifice and a fervent prayer for Ecthuctu to bestow a ship upon us, and...

Wow, look at that timely intervention!! Ecthuctu really is swell. how nice of them, a ship with room for all the colonists, plus the "coming soon" babies, and even some of our animals! We could never leave Salvatore the cat and Shamrock the donkey behind, after all.

We'll get an armoured wall built around our lifeline before we start the engine, and then we'll hunker down and try to survive the next fifteen days of hell...

It always breaks my heart a little to watch one half of a couple patch the other half up after a fight- in this case, after an attack of manhunting muffaloes.

Poor Vasso probably finds it incredibly taxing to care for his childhood best friend-turned-husband, but it doesn't stop him from doing an excellent job— he even remembered to kiss it better!

I've also decided that, while he's wearing winter gear, I'm going to indulge myself and draw Vasso with his hair out.

Oh, and Blackdragon lost his right leg to the muffaloes, too. No biggie, Euclid had a prosthetic made for him faster than you can say "If I had a dollar for every time one of my colonists has lost a leg in this run..."

Toddler Blackthorn is now Child Blackthorn, and looks just like her mama <3

Speaking of mama... Honestly, Buckeye, you're supposed to be an asexual tree person married to a dragon with reduced fertility!! Stop doing this!!

Also, I have made the executive decision that new saplingchild doesn't count as "the next person to come onto the map" and will not be sacrificing her.

Not to worry, though. We have at last sighted the sacrifice that will earn us our ship!

The Empire is none too pleased with our valiant efforts, but they won't be a problem for long. Soon we'll have our ship, paid for in blood!

Very unhelpful for this poll to end in a tie. I think we'll go with the "sacrifice the next unfortunate visitor/raider" because it makes me feel slightly less guilty about using Dev Mode to spawn a ship even though there's no such thing as cheating in a singleplayer game

Whatever happens, we don't need to include Vance on our ship roster. He's off to enjoy life with his new husband, hopefully somewhere far away from the frosty mornings and brisk winds of this tundra.

I love the name "Sarcastic Fringehead", by the way. I'm convinced Vance's beloved looks like a stereotypical edgy 2000s scene kid, and nobody will make me think otherwise.

I think I draw my hideous biliog swamp people a bit too adorable sometimes :/

Anyway, a short one for today. I wonder who our unfortunate victim noble sacrifice will be?

Sims 4 kitten and toddler appreciation post:

Almost time for infant Plexi to become a toddler. She's already learned to blow kisses, which is the most important baby skill, so she's more than ready!

Her dad has been giving her lots of cuddles to prepare for the big moment

Servo Bot (who is not waterproof) was even brave enough to give Plexi a bath to spruce her up for her birthday party!

Uncle D'Quan made a beautiful cake which unfortunately looks like it will now be more baby spit than cake, but oh well.

She is sooooo cute <3

I'm beginning to get the impression that Plexi will inherit her dad's love of cats.

It's just a hunch.

Speaking of cats, D'Quan loves Taco almost as much as Servo Bot does! So much, in fact, that he's put his master chef abilities to good use...

... And made a plate of gourmet pet food almost bigger than Taco is. This kitten is going to be spoiled rotten, which is exactly how it should be.

She has no right to be this adorable.

Aha! More credence to the theory that Servo Bot's cat lover trait is, somehow, genetic.

Servo Bot, D'Quan, and Isaiah are celebrating Plexi's birthday in Servo's basement dance club, and they seem to be enjoying themselves. I wonder if Servo Bot will enjoy being a toddler dad as much as he liked being an infant dad?

Okay, I know it's not what I normally post, but I think these guys are so cute and I wanted to share them <3

This is Leonell Monroe, a Scientist who is doing his best to earn money and keep his two younger brothers in line. He enjoys building robots, gardening, and making jewellery in his spare time. One day he wants to build a Servo to keep him company and help make life a little easier with D'Quan and Isaiah.

D'Quan Monroe is a chef and spends almost every waking moment cooking, baking, and preparing food. On the rare occasions he's not enjoying himself in the kitchen, he can be found playing his guitar, planning spectacular dinner parties, and goofing around with his baby brother, Isaiah.

Always looking to improve the world around him, Isaiah Monroe is a conservationist who does his best to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. He loves to recycle, make candles, and fabricate things with his fabricator. Isaiah is also an excellent hobbyist beekeeper and encourages his bees to keep Leonell's garden rolling with fresh ingredients for D'Quan's cooking.

For the moment, the three Monroe brothers share an apartment in Evergreen Harbor, but they are eager to move into their own (hopefully much bigger) house someday soon.

We left Loyalty's Meander at the same time our last guests did. Apparently, the horrible murder-cult vibes weren't enough to deter them, so now we have allies! That's nice, I guess.

Blackthorn learned to walk while we were road-tripping and I couldn't get this scene from Ice Age out of my head while I was trying to draw it so you just get the scene instead.

Buckeye is a bit of a plant snob, I think. It makes sense in a way because she seems to be part plant, but the biliog are designed to grow psychite and have improved plant skill in their genetics, so... Maybe Buckeye just thinks Blackdragon's not pretty enough to work in her garden.

Our new Hussar colonist Curly only likes one of the cult members, but Socks considers him a rival.

Nineteen-year-old Curly is also, somehow, twenty-nine-year-old Vasso's granduncle.

And finally, it's time for the final colony tour of Loyalty's Meander before we set off to hopefully cover the last leg of the journey to the crashed ship!

Presenting... Loyalty's Meander!

It's a quaint little settlement with not too much going on—aside from the giant murder church. I'm sure nearby settlements consider that more of a tourist attraction than a threat, though, right? Right?

The central hub of the colony is the kitchen/dining space, with room for prisoners/spare food off towards the south.

There are some very productive fields and a stonecutting station set up in the centre of the colony.

To the left is the saplingchild pen that recently saw the births of Magic Man and Buckeye's daughters, Blackthorn and Bluegum. We also have a tailorshop/art studio, and a guest bedroom.

Vance's room comes next. It was hastily constructed off to the side because he joined us later. Of course, we also have a dinosaur museum. I love dinosaur museums.

The main bedrooms are built in a sort of apartment-style structure, with a hospital and a bathroom at one end.

The laboratory is tacked on to the end of the apartment block, and it doubles as a classroom for the many children around the colony, though only Dire Wolf and Night Stalker ever used it because the others are still babies or toddlers, and Bella and Pro are adults now.

The garage, another bathroom, and our archery target for shooting recreation.

The rec room/fabrication room. This used to be our temple before some traders came by and sold us a prefab which became...

They also sold us a prefab for a "Viking Village," which we turned into a guest motel and Curly's bedroom, where he could do grumpy nonbeliever Hussar things away from the rest of the gang.

Last but not least are our animal pens and the barn. The boomalopes have a separate pen because they tend to explode when things don't go their way, and we can't risk losing Shamrock, the lucky donkey.

So there you have it! The end of Loyalty's Meander, and one step closer to escape <3
