IF YOU ARE A MINORITY AND YOU CAN TRY TO GET YOUR PASSPORT

As we speak transgender people are being denied passports across the United States, if they choose to come after other minorities next it will be next to impossible to leave this country. If you are trans and are getting your passport I urge you to put your assigned sex on the application not x, and dress to match that gender. I know it is difficult but if you need to flea or you need gender affirming care outside of the country it’s an important document to have.

We will fight, we will never stop fighting.

As the laws and policies being placed in America targeting minorities continue to be placed there may eventually come a time when we may have to fight from a distance. If America goes to war with other countries not everyone is ready or able to fight. If you are elderly, disabled, queer, poc, if you have children, if you are pagan, Jewish, Muslim, etc, IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FIGHT I ask you consider passports as a just in case option. These scenarios may never happen things may improve, but passports are good for 10 years if your 16 or older and 4 if your under that. Even if you tuck it away and never use it, it’s better to be prepared.

A 10,000 person protest could flip and torch a few cop cars, but 100 people acting independently could cut the valve stems on 100 different cop cars and render them unusable and unrepairable

A 10,000 person protest could smash some windows of businesses and offices, but 100 people could superglue 100 buildings’ locks shut overnight

A 10,000 person protest could loot a few stores, but 100 people skillfully and persistently shoplifting could liberate just as much over time

1,000 people could blockade the construction of an oil pipeline, but it only takes 1 to turn the emergency shutoff valve on an existing one

100 people could camp in treehouses and prevent a clearcutting, but it only takes 1 to spike a few trees to drastically slow them down or even destroy their equipment

I’m not saying that mass actions aren’t important - no doubt, they accomplish things that couldn’t be done otherwise - but be aware of what can get done independently when those protests aren’t coming together. Get creative, stay active, direct action gets the good

Love Palestine more than you hate Israel. Love trans people more than you hate transphobia. Love the poor more than you hate the rich.

Always love who you fight for more than you hate those who you fight against. Otherwise when the Uniting Enemy is gone, you might start to hate as well.

Anger is part of revolution, but love is too.

Edit: Some people are misunderstanding this post so let me clarify. I do not mean you should not be angry at them, in fact I believe you should be very angry, I mean there needs to be some love in the mix so your anger won’t be manipulated. If your *only* driving force is anger then that anger can be flipped around to hate the very people you are trying to help. This is why a lot of media uses anger, it’s a powerful emotion. But as I said, if all you got is how mad you are at one person and not how much you care about someone else a shock inducing headline about the “barbaric Palestinians” can pull you in.

trump is on an executive order rampage, seemingly stripping away rights and hard fought progress for minorites. while simultaneously being a convicted sex-offending felon who has pardoned violent men who participated in january 6th. trump is also starting on a "migrant detention camp" (concentration camp) in guantanamo bay.

america is on a path towards doom, and it will only get worse if we don't speak up. there comes a time when the hand that's supposed to feed no longer feeds; it definitely tastes better than air, and i'm tired of going to bed hungry. we can not simply just abide by all the rules and laws they tell us to follow. we have to go out there and use our voices.

if our voices didnt matter, they wouldnt put so much effort into hiding it.
