It’s true that, originally, Cas only rebelled in one universe. But it’s not true anymore.

The second that story was shown to us, countless amounts of Fanfiction, Fanart, and literally just thoughts, created new realities. The love Cas expressed was so powerful and beautiful that it inspired us to bring more universes into being.

Every time a fanfiction is written, Cas rebels again. Every time fanart is drawn, Cas loves again. Every time an idea is thought up, Cas feels again.

And maybe one day, those will outnumber the ones where he obeys, if it doesn’t already.

tagged by sooo many lovely people like @sibylsleaves and @iinryer and @eddiebabygirldiaz and @rewritetheending. i know i'm jumping the gun by starting an established relationship buddie fic im sorry but then i think about eddie diaz in a happy loving queer relationship and fucking black out so here is a little snippet from a fic im tentatively calling the 7 wonders of loving eddie diaz

“We can eat cereal,” he says, and then he pushes Buck flat on his back and places a cheek down on his chest. It would make Buck laugh, the feeling of his stubble against bare skin, but instead it makes Buck teary-eyed and a little emotional, watching the sun filter through the window and land on the brightest thing in the room. “We can’t eat cereal,” Buck responds, after a minute of being way too in love. “Then your son will be just as vertically challenged as you.” That gets him. He cracks open one big, brown eye over his chest while Buck fights off an evil smile.  “Challenged, huh?” Eddie asks, his voice low and gravelly. “Yeah, baby,” Buck nods, as serious as he can muster. "I want big things for him. Like for him to reach the top shelf of the cabinet.”
