anyone else feeling stuck inside your body during shutdowns? like your mind is clear (slowed down tho) and you can form thoughts but you can't make yourself move or talk or take a deep breath, and your body is heavy as a sack of potatoes and you can only blink and hum under your breath
I honestly don't know if it's a depression thing or what but I felt totally okay then BAM I'm laying still in the worst position ever and can't make any sound. I think I've scared my mom accidentally😭😭
