hey folks! to keep a long story short: i've been unemployed for over a full year at this point, which has made it difficult to fully get my feet back under me after my divorce. i know everyone's having hard times of their own, but if you're able and willing to help me out, here are some ways to do so!

1) Tarot card reading commissions!

i do tarot readings as a hobby, am experienced with a variety of spreads, and have 5 decks with distinct preferences for different readings

my rate is $3.00 for a single card reading, $6.00 for a spread of 3 cards, and $10.00 for 5 cards. we can discuss a question you may have and then work together to find a spread you want

you can also DM me to ask about my decks and request a specific one; otherwise, i will choose a deck for the reading

2) Image Description (ID) commissions!

if you have a drawing, photo, or video that you want to make accessible, i can help! show me what you’d like me to describe, and I can send you a rough draft

my rate is 3 cents per word, at a minimum of $1.00 (note that a piece with a lot of detail will likely be more expensive), and i will not charge until the final ID is completed.

3) My ko-fi shop!

i have recently opened a shop for selling my crochet and cross stitch pieces

keep you eye on my shop to see what other pieces i add here in the future, i have a variety of products in the works!

4) ko-fi donations!

if none of these options appeal but you still want to help me out, you can make a donation via either ko-fi or PayPal (DM me for the PayPal link)

My parents think my response to when a women asked me the following question question is why stopped being pursued in my Catholic community. It was a lighthearted discussion but maybe they are right lol. Although every single happily Godly married couple who I asked this question to (seperately from each other) has given the same response, my parents included.

no bc soul eater is genuinely the most insane show ever it starts out pretty normal but the further you look it just gets crazier. there is a city centered around a school that trains people how to hunt down and kill demons and witches in pairs. one person in each pair can turn into a weapon. there is a character named soul eater evans who eats souls. he is not the main character. the main characters are his bestie and her bestie. the president of the school is a paper-thin (literally) incarnation of death itself, who somehow has a son who shoots guns with his pinkie fingers and once hoverboarded from the states to egypt for funsies and is fundamentally named Death Jr. some of death’s closest friends are a teenage priest who constantly listens to music on skull-shaped headphones, a milf, the sleazebag dad of the protagonist, and a mad scientist who both has a weird homoerotic tension with AND has tried to dissect said sleazebag dad. off-key recorders are used as a recurring motif in the soundtrack. the soundtrack is one of the best i’ve heard in an anime. the sun and moon are both alive. this all takes place in nevada.

Last book: I’ve been working through “Paladin’s Grace” by T. Kingfisher for the past couple of months with my roommate, we’re about 2/3 of the way through it now and I’ve really been enjoying it! If you are ever in a position to read aloud with friends or be read aloud to, I highly recommend it

Last TV show: I watched both Crazy Ex Girlfriend and RWBY with different friends yesterday! I’m nearly done with the former and have recently reached the seasons of the latter that I hadn’t seen before, it’s a great time!

Sweet/spicy/savory: Sweet, 100%. Savory if the mood really strikes me, but it rarely does over sweet lmao

Last thing I searched for online: “Purim 2025” bc I am in a constant losing battle against remembering when my own favourite holidays are jsjdjf

Current obsession: My own DnD character tbh, I’m playing Taber (named Mirah in this ‘verse) as a guest PC in a friend’s campaign and she has been received Very well! Her family situation is rife with drama atm, it’s so much fun 💕

Looking forward to: On Monday I sent out a few packages to friends, and the arrival date on most of them is supposed to be today! I’m really hoping today’s the day :3

Venting a lil about my ex under the cut, but I just remembered this and Come On

It’s kinda crazy how this person went to all that effort so I would be able to have a cat like I always wanted, only for her to be annoyed at almost every turn by the realities of having a cat in the house. No we can’t get more cat trees, no we can’t get more toys, I don’t want the whole house covered in cat stuff, we don’t have the money, blah blah. No I won’t play with her unless you ask me to, no I won’t learn how to play with the cat, I will just complain that she doesn’t wanna play but does wanna run around and yell

And then this person also crawled up my ass when I didn’t immediately get Pickles vaccinated for rabies when that needed to be renewed, because Pickles is the first pet I’ve ever had as an adult so I had a lot of blind spots in her care, including staying on top of her vaccines! Also girl, what car would I take her to the vet in. Fuck off

I think my ex wanted to be Wife Of The Year for helping me get My Dream Pet and then wanted me to handle the rest. Shoutout to my little bitty cat for facilitating my divorce I guess lmao
