Hello everyone! My name is Joey, and this is a little introduction for me to pin to this account.

This is a sideblog of sorts that I have created just to post more openly about queer topics, as I have really been coming to terms with my sexuality/gender identity lately. These are things that I’ve known about myself since middle school, but I’ve only really started accepting them now.

I’m 18 years old, and live in a fairly rural area in Canada. I’m transgender and gay, which is mainly what I’m going to post about on this blog, but I do enjoy talking about other things as well.

My main interest lies in the horror genre, which has taken up a large part of my identity. The horror genre is a big part of who I am, and a lot of my posts will also heavily feature this. I love horror so so much, and am more than happy to talk to anyone who wants to discuss it! It’s been my special interest for four years now, so I’d like to think I know my stuff.

I also frequently write movie reviews, and my Letterboxd account is sadfroggie/Joey🪓. Weird 80s horror and queer horror are especially my thing, so expect a lot of that.
