i haven’t ever really been into physic witchery but i got “the physic witch” by mat auryn and im loving exploring physic witchery !! i definitely recommend even in general to others like me who were never super interested in the workings of physic witchcraft it explains how physic witchcraft is sort of a base for all types of witchery.

ADHD Witch Tips
We need more adhd witch tips so here, have these. These are the things I have learned and seen done over the past 3 and a bit years of practicing witchcraft. As always, if you have anything to add, please comment them and I'll add them to the list with credit to you and a link to your blog!
Make witchy playlists with intention. Music is the most accessible way of doing magic in my opinion, especially if you're using spells that already exist. You can listen to these while working, traveling or just doing things around the house. If you sing along then you're adding to the manifesting power of the playlist!
Use really large spell candles so that you don't have to make a new one everytime you want to do a spell. I used to have 1 really big protection spell candle that I would light daily. Not having to make a new candle every time made me so much more likely to practice
Learn to meditate. I know, I know, hear me out. This is less of a witch tip and more of a mental health thing. You can meditate while colouring in, listening to music, cleaning, going for a walk. You don't have to sit down with your legs crossed. Mediation is an important skill that none of us do regularly enough.
stop caring about aesthetics. Are they nice? yes! absolutely! but unless it makes you more likely to practice then it's not worth it. caring too much about how your craft looks can also lead to burn out.
Be aware of your energy levels. Burn out is a serious issue among the neurodivergent witch community. Rest and pacing yourself is just as important as actually practicing.
Audio books <3333333
Try to combine your hyperfixation and witchcraft practice. This could mean using sigils in fanart or dedicate your writing to a deity.
Use hearth craft as a way to motivate you to clean your home or to cook meals/eat.
Have affirmations on your phones home screen so whenever you unlock your phone you reminded of your intentions

i have tired a couple different kinds of BOS’s but i have never found one that i really like. i have a mini a5 binder thing i don’t like that because i have the write and writing isn’t always the best bc i can’t get thoughts now quickly it also is time consuming. a normal journal i can’t more and organise things once their down their down. a electronic BOS i feel like i wouldn’t retain much but it solves most of my issues.
i wanted to try something different that might work so here’s my current idea: a full size binder with plastic sleeves for each part of my craft i’ll type everything up online and print them adding notes and anything extra by hand.

I am a seasoned pagan witch who has been practicing as long as I can remember, and I do not believe in magick the way most media has described it.
I believe in influencing my chances through action. Magick, to me, is like taking advantage of the butterfly effect. Is the spell I'm casting going to directly influence anything? No, but see, the universe is watching your every move. You are changing your path in minute ways by participating in ritual. You are toppling the first domino in changing your future.
Spells, spirituality and rituals change your mindset and your outlook. This impacts everything. Just as stepping on an ant can wildly change the future, so can your decision to cast that spell or not.
Maintaining a close relationship with my gods aren't going to guarantee me good luck and harmony, but it will give me a sense of companionship in hard times.
I view Cernunnos as a personification of the earth itself, but the earth birthed me. I am the earth. This deity brings a sense of belonging. I am acknowledging that the earth is sacred. This beautifully brutal planet--nature itself--is something worth having a relationship with, and personifying something that isn't "human" makes it easier to connect with. Once you connect and realize that nature speaks to you in so many subtle ways, it's hard to go back.

Witchy Self-Care
*pulls out draft from over a year ago* ENJOY
Hi! this is a list of witchy self-care things you can do. Most of these are pretty basic on account that i wrote this ages ago but they definitely still work. Anyways, I hope these help :)
Do the dishes and dedicate it to your house spirit (if you have one) or a deity (if you're religious)
sweep/mop your floor in the shape of sigils
add rosemary (or rosemary water/essential oils) to the water you mop with to set an intention of cleansing
taking ritual a bath/shower
cleansing your energy. it's so basic but I forget more than i'd like to admit
dedicating time to yourself. it's just as important as dedicating time to your deities/other spirits
light shadow work or going to therapy. bettering your mental health also betters your spiritual.
go outside and ground yourself
take a nap (less witchy, more, I love naps. rest is important)
work out/stretch and dedicate it to an entity
do some gratitude
take 5 minutes to just sit and turn off your devices. you can use this time for anything, just take a second to get off screens and connect with the world around you
meditate. if you can't sit still long enough to meditate, just focus on taking 3 deep breathes
when you wash your face, draw sigils on your face with the cleanser and moisturiser
^do the same as above but with your body wash and when you wash your hair
say some affirmations/manifestations while brushing your teeth
just check in with yourself and see how you're feeling spiritually, psychically and emotionally. sometimes we don't actually know how we're feeling until we sit down and actually ask ourselves.

this is what I believe to be THE BEST way to manifest there is something about speaking that makes it real. i’ve often written or even ritualized my manifestation but it hasn’t ever worked super well.

GUIDE TO THE MINDSET GLOW UP 🎀
♡ | positive mindset
easier said than done, but it has such a huge impact in our life. we as humans tend to always think negatively of everything, resulting us to give up. but what if it will work out? what we think constantly reflects in our reality and actions. why do we have to always blame ourselves for everything, why do we have to be anxious over little things, why do we have to always think of the worst when we can just flip the words, meaning, love and believe in ourselves.
- ways to have a positive mindset
the bus theory - when u see the bus that you missed u don’t actually run after it, right? you just wait for another one, knowing that it 100% will be here. think of your opportunities/relationships etc that you’ve "lost" as this bus.
the universe/god never says no; it either says yes , not yet or I have something better for you.
practice self-care, be gentle to yourself. you are waking up and always trying and it’s enough.
the moments you thought that are the "worst" are only moments now, and you’re still here. Be proud of yourself for that
a little rain doesnt have to ruin the parade
practice meditation. clean mind = better mood
journal journal journal (I’m going to make a post of journal benefits soon)
this absolutely doesn’t mean that you always have to be positive about everyone and everything. If you feel sad or feel like crying let it all out. if you feel drained allow yourself to sit all day and watch shows. it’s all about accepting yourself and not "I’m such a failure I did nothing today" instead "it’s okay, I have tomorrow where I can try again".
♡ | discipline > motivation
motivation comes and go, but discipline is forever. you are scared and not trying? It’s okay, do it while being scared. count to 3 and start doing something, take action. just DONT sit around. have a plan and don’t try to do everything all at once, or you will be easily drained . everyday do something better for 1% and you’ll see how just in a short while this 1% will be 100%.

treat yourself with love and respect before others. everyone in this world is a human and I do not wish for you or them to spread hate. we all have bad days and this is exactly why we should so self-care or reach out to someone, but never blame anyone for anything.

no you are not horrible for the mistakes that you’ve made. do you know what makes you horrible? not acknowledging them. if you wronged someone, apologize. even if it’s too late and the relationship is lost, I’m so proud of you for realizing your mistake and trying to do better. learn AND improve. accept yourself for all the pluses and minuses. you’re a crybaby? good because I’m too, and it’s absolutely okay. In fact, I think vulnerability is very powerful. you are human and you don’t have to be perfect. thrive for being better not perfection. do not listen to rumors or someone thinking that you are a bad person. you in fact know that you are not and it’s all that matters. why do you care if you are enemy in their story , they aren’t heroes in yours either.
insecurity is loud, confidence is quiet.

to stay away from toxic people you have to have boundaries. I think the most common type here is "people pleasing" so here’s my post to help you to stop being one.
when someone does something that makes you uncomfortable, please let them know about it. you don’t have to tolerate this behavior. your own peace is the most important thing ever.
if they still repeat their actions then well … it’s time to say goodbye.
if you think that you will "lose" everything by setting boundaries please go back to the top and read the "ways to have a positive mindset" :)
watch youtubers, listen to podcasts etc to connect with people like you and improve your mindset alongside with boundaries.

do not compare yourself with ANYONE. the person you are looking at and saying "I wish I was her" might be doing the same. compare yourself with YOUR dream girl that you have in your head. your only competition is you.
after boundaries, positive mindset, discipline, naturally comes the confidence. loving yourself and staying true to yourself is what confidence exactly is.
no fake it till you make it, no difficult words, just you . take it easy.
♡ | tip: body language and fitness
this is more on the physical side but I advice you to learn a little bit about body language. It helps you to appear confident and attractive. my "go to’s" are entering the room with high head and good posture, never sitting on your phone (as in checking the weather app awkwardly etc not when someone calls or texts u) when coming to an unknown place.
fitness helps to relieve stress and clear out your mind when you don’t want to meditate. and by fitness I don’t mean intense workouts, a 5 minute workout that you enjoy is enough. also walking 10.000 steps a day also counts as fitness to have a healthy and balanced life.
I , for example, have a playlist with different workouts and I do each on of them on different days, whenever I feel like choosing one. sometimes I don’t even work out I just walk 7-10K steps :)
