A commission I completed recently for a little girl’s 10th birthday. She likes roblox, minecraft and has a robot cat named Ginger so I tried to incorporate all those things. 

I tried to push my backgrounds a little more making them a bit more detailed and interesting and practiced some new lighting techniques. I’m very happy with the effects I pulled off overall!

My charger also came earlier than expected so I can finally get back to work! It’s been a happy night all around!

Blacktober Day 3 - Protagonist: Utena She’s a pillar of heroism, strength and love and I adore her. I don’t really have much time to participate in blacktober as much especially with how long these pieces take. I may have one more before the end of the month if I have time, If not at least I got the first 3 day prompts done.

Blacktober Day 2 - Most Relatable: Phos Their struggles with finding their place in the world and growing up has always been close to home for me. I’m wayyy behind for daily prompts butI really tried to push myself with this piece especially with the water!

Blacktober Day 1 - Childhood Fave: The Powerpuff Girls This one took longer than expected to complete and I’m a little set back for the other prompts but I’m happy I finished it! The PPG was a big influence on me as a kid and a big encourager for me to draw.

A Dumbo Octopus mermaid I made for Mermay 2019 but never “finished”. I worked on it on and off and tried to have it ready for the 2020 one but never felt satisfied. I’m at a point now where I’m okay with it and don’t want it buried in my files any longer so here it is! I haven’t posted here in ages but I made a redesign of Princess Zelda for a fan comic I want to make in the future. There’s been a lot of learning and re-learning with this piece but I’m happy with it! I may draw Link and Ganondorf later to complete the trio.

Testing out some Mucha-esque brush for CSP and just general drawing practice since I’m rusty.

The sun is so warm and its a start of a new day.

This started as a testing sketch when my tablet wasn’t working properly and then it turned into this finished piece! I’m trying out a more painterly style than how I normally draw and I feel very successful with this!
