Hi. I wanted to let u know something.

I have some artworks that have been in drafts for a year. Over a year, actually. I commissioned them for my fanfiction — for a WIP — for future chapters. I planned to post the artworks after the corresponding chapters were published, like I did before. But since I have no readers and basically no one is interested in this WIP, it’s been frozen and isn’t going anywhere for now. So, I decided to post these artworks — can’t let them just be in drafts forever, especially since I paid money for them. Maybe they’ll catch someone’s eye and bring a bit of joy. So, the art will be posted as for my unreleased fanfiction — who knows, maybe I’ll pick it up again in 10 years?

I’ll also post sketches and art by Прожектор alongside these works, and that’s about it, I guess. I don’t have any more content — just my unfinished sketches and some AI-generated works — art and videos, which I’m not sure I should post. I’ve already gotten enough hate for asking about AI art through questions here — thanks a lot, as if I don’t get enough hate without u. Of course, I’ll publish translations of all my old works on AO3, but that’s probably it for now.

I think people just think raicass is a lil weird bc it’s like, say an young adult 20 years old or so started dating their fathers friend, that would be weird in a real world setting right?

If u see something wrong or ped0 in a relationship between two of legal age, adult man and woman, then, guys, the problem isn’t with their relationship — it’s with u. Why the hell do u care what two ADULTS do in their bedroom?

Besides, Raiden isn’t Johnny and Sonya’s friend; he’s more like their mentor, definitely not a friend.

And yeah, I don’t see Raicass as a sexual relationship — for me, it’s more spiritual and deeply emotional. Raiden isn’t the type of character who’d just sleep with someone; after marriage — sure, with his beloved woman and for starting a family.

CONTROVERSIAL QUESTION!

Why are you shipping Raiden X Cassie? Does Raiden consider a GRANDPA because he already met Johnny Cage & Sonya Blade around the MK 1990s comic, & Cassie's first debut in MKX? Is Raiden considered a PDF file because he's grooming Cassie?

Well, well… I've already answered why I ship them. And I’m tired of all of this. Cas I wanna see true, pure, and wholesome love and healthy relationships that they both deserve. Without, u know, popular weird shit like perversions that some ill people like. Just man — god, after all — and woman. Nothing extra.

I keep seeing — way too often, honestly — this take that Cassandra is «just a kid» at 20-22. Like, seriously? 😁 It’s baffling, to say the least.

Here’s the fun fact 1: Cassandra is apparently «grown enough» for pairings with Sub-Zero, Erron, Kano (wtf?), or any other dude in Mortal Kombat, but when someone mentions her with Raiden, fans lose their minds and call her a child. I just want to ask: are u fucking degenerates? (Yeah, u are) Cas u’d have to be to miss the point this badly. Did u feel like a kid at 20?

Fun fact 2: girls often go for older guys cause, let’s be real, guys their age are usually lagging behind in maturity.

Cassie isn’t even 18 — she’s 20! Sure, 20 is young, it’s youthful, it’s still got some wild ideas bouncing around in u head, and God help us if there’s anything more substantial in there by 25-30 (sadly, that’s just how it is these days). But let’s not kid ourselves.

Cassandra? First off, she’s the daughter of two badass warriors, raised by serious people — not some deadbeat parents — who passed down their skills and experience to her. Second, at 20 (!!!), she’s already leading a special forces unit, serving and protecting Earthrealm. Could a child pull that off? Hell no. Cassie’s got real experience at 20, and Raiden would see her for what she is: a strong, fearless warrior, not some kid. Because she’s not a kid.


And here’s the cherry on top:
What about canonical pairings with huge age gaps? Caroline/Klaus (ever watched The Vampire Diaries? High school girls dating centuries-old vampires, lol!), Aragorn/Arwen? No issues there, right? Oh, I get it: as long as the characters look youthful, all complaints magically disappear. Who gives a fuck how old they actually are, right? 😉

Oh, and by the way, gods can't be PDFfiles by definition — they're GODS! They're above humans, above passions, sins, perversions, and mental disorders.

It’s been almost three years since I created her and almost two years since I gave her a name — I couldn’t decide for a long time.

♡ Sophie is the first daughter and first child of Cassandra and Raiden. She has long blonde hair and freckles — just like her mommy — and blue eyes — just like her daddy. She also has a lively personality: she’s quick-witted and energetic, dotes on her parents, adores her grandparents, and is especially fond of her uncle Fujin. And she has a plush toy dinosaur — almost identical to the one her mommy had as a child.

♡ In my headcanon, when Raiden refuses his immortality and divine powers for the woman he loves, he creates a family with Cassandra — now, as a merely mortal, he can have children. Raiden and Cassandra have a daughter, whom they name after Sonya Blade. Later, of course, they will have a son (and many more kids, cause Cassie needs to carry on the Cage legacy :D), whom they will name John. Well, u know — Cassandra loves her parents so much that she names her children in their honor:

Johnny — John; Sonya — Sophie

♡ Sophie was born at home, not in a maternity hospital. On the day Cassandra went into labor, a fierce hurricane hit — pouring rain, thunder, lightning — and the medics’ ambulance simply couldn’t get through the flooded streets of Los Angeles. So Raiden had to deliver the baby himself — fortunately, he and Cassandra had approached childbirth thoughtfully, studying every detail — and this experience brought the spouses even closer spiritually.

(Headcanon: Cassandra was also born during a thunderstorm, and Sophie followed in her mom’s footsteps :D)

♡ When Sophie was born, Raiden — a former fearsome god and lord of thunder and lightning — cried for the first time in an eternity. In that moment, seeing his wife’s joyful face and holding their fragile, blood-covered child, Raiden realized he had no regrets about giving up immortality and understood, once and forever, what was worth living for — for the greatest happiness in the universe.

♡ Sophie was never kept in the dark about being the daughter of a former god, but she never boasted about her status or origins. She loved looking through old photos — taken by her mom — that captured Raiden in the role of a god. The mysterious divine powers fascinated Sophie, and as a child, she dreamed of following in her parents’ footsteps — like Cassandra once did — and dedicating her life to protecting Earthrealm.

Just imagine how Sophie would describe her family: her daddy — a former immortal god and protector of Earthrealm, her mommy — a former soldier who once saved the world from a fallen god, her grandpa — a retired soldier and actor, her nana — a former soldier, and her unkie — the god of wind and protector of Earthrealm 😂 The best family ever.

♡ Sophie grew up surrounded by her parents’ love — they both took an active role in her upbringing, despite their jobs: Raiden, having become a mortal, began teaching at a martial arts school (with help from his wife to open it), while Cassandra bought a shooting range and became its full-fledged owner. They always had enough money, but they didn’t live in luxury or wealth, choosing instead a modest, quiet, family-oriented life filled with love for each other and their children.

♡ My first and only oc (sorry, I don’t love oc in fandoms honestly, but when it’s the kid of two canon characters, why not?).
