Raw vegan non alcoholic pina colada:
- One old coconut 🥥
- half of a slightly overripe pineapple 🍍
- water 🌊
Instructions:
Get the coconut meat and water and put it in blender
Blend it until it turns into coconut milk (you can strain it now if you want)
Remove the core from the pineapple half chop it up and put in blender
Blend to it's smoothest and add as much water to your liking
Strain and enjoy

I encourage you to try this hummus, chia seed avocado toast. The hummus adds a nice sour to the smoothness of my avocado. Sprinkled on chia seeds for extra omega 3s.

Med-Raw vegan pumpkin soup:
500g of fresh boiled pumpkin
20g cashew
1-2 tbsb flaxseed
1/4 tsb salt
1/2 tsb ginger paste ( I'l post recipe)
10g pumpkin seed
About 3 stalks of cilantro
1 peg of garlic
400ml water
Instructions:
Cook the pumpkin
Blend all ingredients together
Enjoy!!!
