Sykes and Dodger are the team rocket-esque low-grade antagonists from my new game project, Second Instinct. They construct elaborite rube goldberg machine-style traps to try and capture June (and kill Winter...) 

I should mention--Sykes (and his mate Dodger) are AU versions of similar low-grade villains in my partner @fleebites work n_n if you'd like to see these crusty chavs as centaurs...
