Whoever reads this how can I contact mihoyo or anything

Ya how do I contact genshin or mihoyo? I tried to do it on gmail but they are not responding. My issues are feedback ain’t working, can’t see my history of wishes, hoyolab as in the whole app no pics, tools or any of those. I can still play fine but I prefer if these issues are resolved as soon as possible, banners are coming up.

Um so i just brought this joystick if any of u r familiar with it then good anyways ik that mihoyo has a ban of using third party plug ins and software but i just want to make sure that using this yao joystick wont get me band if so oh well f for my money i guess oh and what im using is android and i needed to dowbload an app to use the stick on genshin thats why im concerned.
