I've been feeling down for the past few months but I have a feeling that good things are coming. P.S. It's impossible to look at a cute kitty (mug or otherwise) and feel sad.

So over the past couple of months I’ve had some trouble eating again, but I’ve been eating a good amount of food daily (almost..) for like a week and a half now, also I’ve been drinking enough water and have been doing at least a little bit of exercise everyday no matter how terrible I felt.  Today I actually felt great, so that’s encouraging! I don’t feel like i’m going to pass out everytime I ride my bike now!
