—> He named his cat after the Greek Goddess of the Hunt, Artemis, after she left small dead prey by his bedside. (i believe he also did this because he’s an archer, and Artemis is usually symbolized by a bow and arrow.)

—> His sister’s name is Aurora

—> He is extremely lonely and highly enjoys having friends, but seems like he has difficulty talking to people, as lulls in conversation make him nervous.

—> He despises pineapple on pizza.

—> His first name, Enea means “to praise”. so he was lowkey made for the apex games.

—> the red “claw” type shape on Artemis’ collar is actually a red horn, it is said to bring good luck & protection against the evil eye in italian culture.

—> One of his base legendary skins is called “Malocchio” which is italian for evil eye.

—> he has a fear of clowns.

—> he loves music and seemingly likes to be on aux??? (sparrow drop ur playlist)

—> he has a beauty mark on his nose i believe??

—> “Clessidra Rossa” means Red Sand and in his intro trailer he was pulled into red sand.

—> Very polite young man.

—> May begin to see Newcastle as a new father figure, i say this because there’s quite a few lines where newcastle tells him he has a “new family” within the apex games & praises him in general for different qualities sparrow has (like his kindness or politeness)

—> seems to be extremely self aware and introspective, because he says “maybe i just need therapy,” in a selection voice line.

A bit obsessed with the fact that Gale has a different opinion about his magical skills and his personality without them. I mean, he's totally confident when he talks about magic, weaving, history, but when it comes to himself, he's like lost.

I thought I was imagining things, but the moment with the dryad, where we can talk about his negative attitude towards himself, confirmed this thought. I think it's an interesting detail when a character knows and understands his coolness, but the personality beyond his skills seems incomplete to him.

DW Steelheaven AU: Houses

HOUSES ARE ALIVE

Houses are intelligent organic life forms, artificially bred to accommodate a large number of Gallifreyans at the same time. It is a hybrid creature, including both purely "meat" elements and woody ones.

The House is a telepathically active superorganism, due to which it is in mental (full or partial) contact with its inhabitants. The House senses the feelings of the inhabitants and their needs, and can take care of cousins ​​at its own discretion.

In situations of extreme necessity, the House can enter into close contact not only with the Housekeeper, but even with weakly sensitive cousins, up to a short-term seizure of consciousness.

The population of the House can vary from 15 to 30 or more cousins. The number of inhabitants intertwined in one House is planned in advance.

LOOMS (BREEDING-ENGINES)

The Loom is a cocoon-like structure in the basement of the House that is responsible for the weaving of Gallifreyans. It is the key and most important room for the House. In addition, the Loom stores the genome data defined for the inhabitants of the House.

Weaving is the process of forming a Gallifreyan from a nutrient fluid containing essential elements, organic and inorganic compounds, under the influence of Lindos (a hormone responsible for regeneration and restructuring of the body) and given genetic settings.

Gallifreyans emerge from the Lums almost fully mature, but will be considered children for a long time to come.

Like any thing that can be customized, the House has a Gallifreyan weaving pattern set during cultivation, including both appearance parameters and character pattern settings. This leads to the fact that cousins, being members of the same family, are all so similar to each other. But in a broken and distorted version, the House can copy not only the pattern, but also the personality of the one already woven. Thus, the younger generation will copy the old one both in small things and in more serious things. It is possible and necessary to resist this, but a weak character can really turn out to be a copy of the one in whose image and likeness it was created.

ROLES IN THE HOUSE

Housekeeper is the head of the House. She is in constant full contact with the consciousness of the House and is responsible for its mental state. The psyche of the Housekeeper is connected to the psyche of the House, changes in the consciousness of one will certainly affect the consciousness of the other. The Housekeeper is practically incapable of contradicting the will of the House, otherwise it negatively affects her consciousness. At the same time, being on good terms with the Housekeeper, the House will follow her instructions. The Housekeeper is always a woman.

Kithriarch is the second most important Gallifreyan in the House. Monitors the physiological well-being of the cousins ​​and the House itself. It is also the Kitriarch who meets the newly intertwined cousins.

DRUDGES

Drudges are wood golems about 2.5 m tall that act as servants for the inhabitants of the House. They are responsible for everyday things like cooking and cleaning.

Drudges are under the direct control of the House. Any order given to the Drudges first passes through the House and is carried out depending on its decision. If the House does not want to carry out the order, then the Drudge will not move.

Doctor Who AU

My friend (@keyintheeye-blog) and I created a Doctor Who AU some time ago, where we decided to change and deepen Gallifrey a little. In the following posts we will tell and show in detail what we changed, but now I will briefly tell you what is in this AU.

The most important thing you should take into account in this AU is that we do not consider the events that happened from seasons 11-13. We base our guesses and speculations on the canon of the old seasons, the Lungbarrow novel and audio series.

We completely rewrote the Gallifreyan houses, making them closer to the biopunk style, because we think it is more suitable for the setting, where there are living spaceships.

We changed the anatomical features of the Gallifreyans, explaining their reasons and excluding irrational and contradictory things.

At the moment, we are also thinking through and expanding the historical and cultural features of Gallifrey. We hope you enjoy our AU!
