Seeing people on social media be like "We have been forced into bomb shelters :(", and as someone who has lived through the so-called war in Lebanon myself, I'm like:

Literally all we have is an apartment hallway or, if we're lucky, some dingy basement or parking. And anyway, it's not like we could ever reach these in time bc the only "warning" we had was the bombings themselves, lmao.

One thing I learned in scriptwriting class was that you’re not so much supposed to adhere to any rules, you have to create your story’s logic, and if the reader/viewer is easily willing to accept your story’s logic, then it’s a good story. Hollywood’s recent unwillingness to be bold with storytelling is such a disappointment.

I would just like to say that the new Live action ending of Lilo and Stitch is like if they did a live-action Kung Fu Panda, Tai Lung opens the dragon scroll, and there was actually a secret dragon warrior technique in there. Because the director thought that the idea that these kung fu masters had been guarding an empty scroll for years was "unrealistic" and would work in animation but wouldn't work in like a "realistic" "grounded" setting like we weren't watchig a Kung Fu, Panda.

Like can you see how you have defeated the point? Can you see how you have rendered the message of the movie completely useless?
