hi.....lol kinda forgot abt this blog for a while (help- my last reblog was on the 24th of june 2023)

just wanted to say that I'm UNFORTUNATELY still a rusty lake fan 😞

the thing is that the rusty lake creators update like once a century (no shame their style has improved a lot 🙏🏼) so I naturally drifted apart from the fandom (cmon we're like 4 people and a torn shoelace 😭) and hyperfixate on other stuff.

some minor fuckups in roots bc i’m too attentive

- the record cover in the last dance shows albert without his scar(?), and some masks in masks (namely white & moon) show him with a full head of hair. now curious as to what would have happened in child’s play if albert didn’t get scarred (maybe the beehive didn’t scar him originally? or at least not permanently?). everyone else on the record cover match their in-level appearance (including leonard’s fucked up finger)

- frank and leonard’s cards show them wearing different clothes than they do inside the levels; while leonard could be wearing similar clothing in a different color, frank seems to be wearing a suit similar to samuel’s in voodoo.

the clothes in the cards match well with their portraits in roots–suggesting that frank did indeed originally wear a suit like samuel’s, and that leonard originally dressed like his grandfather (even leonard’s pose/posture is more similar to that of james than his in-level appearance). rose seems to be wearing the same clothes in her portrait, her card, and inside levels (aside from her portrait not coloring in her dress).
