What do you do for self-care? I’ve been studying this topic for over a year and I hope it becomes a lifelong obsession from here on out. Aside from the current movement around #selfcare I think one can learn about one’s sense of self through the conscious, indulgent moments. My goal around this concept is to make a self-care box with each of my kids and encourage them to pull out their feel-good box (or whatever they want to call it) in times of need.
