A nourishing, nutrient-dense meatloaf dinner that's perfect for a weeknight dinner with fast prep time. This Paleo-friendly meatloaf is packed with flavor and protein, making it a satisfying and healthy meal option.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs grass-fed ground beef. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tbsp coconut aminos. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, eggs, almond milk, coconut aminos, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf shape. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160F 71C. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve your delicious Paleo meatloaf with your favorite Paleo-friendly sides.

These Best Boozy Popsicles are a delightful adult treat, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days or for serving at parties. With a mix of fresh berries, vodka, orange liqueur, and lime juice, they're bursting with fruity and boozy flavors that will surely impress your guests.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup water. 1/2 cup vodka. 1/4 cup orange liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice.
Instructions: Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan and mix them together. Over medium heat, stir the mixture every now and then until the sugar is completely dissolved. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Using a blender, blend the mixed berries until they are smooth. Put the berry puree, vodka, orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice in a large bowl. Allow the sugar syrup to cool down. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for them to rise. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Let it freeze for at least six hours, or until it's solid. Run warm water around the outside of the molds for a few seconds to get the popsicles out. Then, carefully pull the sticks out of the molds to remove the popsicles. Serve right away and enjoy!

Instructions: Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, minced garlic, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. In a saucepan, heat the creamy sauce over medium heat until warmed through, stirring constantly. Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
