The world of combat sports in 2019 thanks to its exposure has particularly contaminated the world of cinema with great films on boxing, MMA or other sports and athletes in particular.
I think the most famous is "Rocky", a series of 6 films and 2 separate stories called "Creed", Rocky a great athlete in the boxing world that thanks to his hard work, training and the support of loved ones like friends, girlfriend and family he succeeds in achieving great goals, becoming one of the greatest in the sport, knowing people along his path that will help him overcome challenges in the ring and in life. Making him achieve success and fame, to become the best but also to make him stop at the end of the 6 films and continue his life as manager of an Italian restaurant in america.
In "Creed" the key to the reading is the same, making the public understand the importance of training to achieve their goals, even in the face of difficulties such as defeats, the important thing is not to give up, move forward and also show how you are never alone but even in moments of weakness, people who are really dear will stand by you and are just as important as a workout.

Michael Gerard "Mike" Tyson
Nicknamed Iron Mike, he is considered one of the best heavyweights in boxing history. Among the most recognizable and paid athletes of the eighties and nineties,
Tyson won his first 19 meetings by knockout, 12 of which at the first round. In 1986, at the age of 20, 4 months and 22 days, he won the WBC crown, becoming the youngest world heavyweight champion, a record that still remains unbeaten. A year later he also won the WBA and IBF titles, becoming the undisputed champion and the first heavyweight to unify the world championships.
His career as well as the phenomenal performances that include 50 victories and only 6 defeats with 7 world heavyweight titles is also characterized by a controversial and controversial private life that began in the lower neighborhoods of Brooklyn in which with the first street fights he learns the technique that will make him famous, famous among the fans the story in which one of his companions tried to steal the pigeon bred by Mike ending up killing him, thus triggering Mike's reaction and beating.
Among various robberies and assaults a bad reputation was made, ending up in juvenile prison as many as 39 times at just 13 years.
Even after success, however, this life and this bad reputation will continue to haunt him.
At the beginning of his career, everything went well, with as many as 27 consecutive victories, almost immediately for the world title, which he won at the age of 22, before hiring his new manager, who was said to have said his decline, accused of having beaten. his wife Tyson divorces from it, followed then by various deaths in the family, but without acting on his career that continues to be unbeaten.
Tyson was later accused of rape ending up in jail, once he came back to fight but making one of the most famous and least honorable gestures in the history of boxing in fact he bit blood Bruce Seldon's ear tearing off a piece.
From here begins the athletic descent of Mike Tyson who shortly thereafter retired remaining however one of the greatest boxers in history.

Boxing is one of the oldest and most well-known combat sports.
Boxing was born as a self-defense sport, and appears to be the oldest personal means of defense in the world, as fists are the first instinct of man in self-defense. Known since the Bronze Age, it was practiced in Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome;
Boxing is a challenging sport and complete, the physical qualities required are in fact speed, agility, strength and endurance. Boxing requires both aerobic and anaerobic efforts, therefore training aims both at improving endurance (through running, jumping rope, free-body training), and at improving strength and developing muscle mass;
Boxing requires the capacity to withstand fatigue and pain; but also character and constancy. Finally, timing: the right thing at the wrong time will prove to be counterproductive.
A boxing match takes place inside a square called ring, with only the two athletes and the referee inside. The two athletes will have their hands in special gloves protected inside them by bands and closed with the adhesive tape that if removed will mark the performance of the athlete.
Professional boxing does not need other protections if not mouth guards, while the more amateur one also has special helmets.
Unlike kickboxing or other disciplines developed during the boxing years, the only possible moves are the punches mainly of three types, direct uprights and hooks.
The matches are composed of 12 rounds of 5 min each, stopped only by a knockout or the fall of the opponent on the ground that if in 10 seconds he will not get up and he will say that he is willing to continue the match to the referee will lose the 'meeting.
The athletes are divided into 17 weight categories to balance the matches.

In 2019, sports are not only pure passion or art but also a form of entertainment that obviously has to be paid, thus creating a very high round of money around it, starting from television stations that broadcast it, as in the case of MMA foxsport, espn or dazn, which broadcast the most important federations like UFC, bellator and Cage Warrior.
A huge turnover also thanks to the main sponsors sources of income of both the federation and the fighter earning an average of $ 15,000 "bag" to the fighter of the big federations but less experienced, you can think about how much other athletes of these federations but more known earn, in particular today we will talk about Conor McGregor.
British athlete, excellent stricker with a record of 21 wins and only 4 losses, as well as the symbol of MMA in the world.
Fighter who is not only active and struggling with consistency and managing to bring home the majority of his matches not only winning the title of light weights but even to win two titles simultaneously in two different weight categories, something that before he had succeeded few.
But also an athlete who created a character, a story and an identity even outside the octagon, allowing everyone, even those who do not follow the MMA to know it and identify it as a symbol of the MMA worldwide.
Thanks to his story that begins in his small house in Ireland from a poor family and with a father with the passion and the failed dream for boxing up to his current villa, his wife, his son and his many sports cars which he boasts on social networks as a script for his character.
Much of his success is also due to his famous "trash talking" with which in the press conferences offend the opponents with a presumptuous air and an arrogant and aggressive way of doing everything but that shows how to master both in front of the cameras in the octagon.
Unforgettable match between Conor and Floyd Maywheter Jr. defined by many as the match of the century, even if very disappointing as a sporting performance, because if the match was from the beginning in a single direction in favor of Floyd it was the sporting event with more cash of the story, we are talking about a collection of more than millions of dollars for each athlete, thanks to the hype that Conor managed to create as in every match, thanks to the conferences that were always discussed and also simply thanks to the relevance of the two athletes .
Having said that we can deduce that Conor McGregor not only has detected a great athlete able to win us in different weight categories entering history, or winning some matches within a few seconds or knowing how to dominate even the strongest athletes, but also that he is a winner in terms of money passing from his poor family to build his family in luxury, creating a character that can no longer be forgotten.

As I said in a past post "the worst enemy of a man is himself".
Sometimes for age, others for injuries, others for vices, like that of wanting to be the best in the world at any cost, even at the cost of tarnishing a name, a sport, a career like that of Jon Jones.
32-year-old US athlete, with a record in the MMA of 23 wins and only 1 loss, due to disqualification caused by elbowing descendants.
After the first victories Jon to show his fans to be the strongest begins to abuse cocaine, substance that will give him strength in the meetings but that will soon lead him to commit crimes and to respond in court, and also to a suspension and removal of the title he belonged to, that of lightweights.
Once cleaned, he returns to fight but again, after some tests, held by the USADA company that deals with anti-doping controls to which the UFC has affiliated, reveals other substances as steroids in his blood, a substance that will disqualify him even before his last return to the UFC.
The current period of activity in UFC in which he holds the light weight belt he will have to defend in two weeks.
As you can understand from his story despite a great athlete like Jon Jones has never lost a meeting has apparently no reason to use doping substances, for fear of not being up to par, but doing so has fallen lower than it is imagined.
Succeeding for some accusations and with his strength given by this sport to get up again, to show that he can come out and come back to fight as honestly as he once did, as he has already done as a champion and not, proving once again to be one of the stronger athletes in world combat sports

If Italy in other sports is very popular as for example in football, volleyball or other sports in combat sports we are not far behind in boxing, kickboxing or MMA.
Just think about the history of boxing with Rocky Marciano or Primo Carnera, legends in the boxing world, but even today we are at high levels with Clemente Russo, three times Olympic champion and also in the next Olympics in search of the fourth medal before the withdrawal with more than 200 victories.
One of the best Italian fighter is certainly Giorgio Petrosyan Thaiboxe's world champion of Kickboxing expert with a record of 88 wins and only 2 losses, he has reached the highest honors worldwide winning, for example, the kickboxe K1 tournament or becoming the champion WMC, one of the most important kickboxe federations, has also won several tournaments and meetings in the Asian federations, much more involved in kickboxing.
Federations in which also fights brother Amin Petrosyan also known in the world of kickboxe
As for MMA, we have many athletes in world-leading federations like UFC, Bellator,Cage Warrior or others.
One of the best Italian athletes was Alessio Sakara with a record of 20 victory first in UFC and then in Bellator
Also in UFC we have Alessio Di Chirico with 12 wins in UFC, one of the best known Italians abroad, who trains with Carlo Perdersoli Jr. nephew of Bud Spencer
with a record of 11 wins and only 2 defeats in the UFC, after having previously won meetings and top titles in the English federation Cage Warrior, the same federation in which Stefano Paternò currently triumphs with 12 victories and only one defeat, and in which he triumphed in the past Mauro Cerilli also with 12 wins before moving to the Japanese federation OneChampionship in which he fought for the title but lost the first round by knockout.
Another Italian known in the world scene is Marvin Vettori, a UFC fighter with 12 wins and 4 losses.
In Italy combat sports are not yet at the height of popularity, which is why world federations like UFC do not carry out events in Italy, or at least not yet, the Italian panorama will vary based on the fighters victories listed above, in fact the federation Bellator thanks to athletes like Alessio Sakara has played and continues to play events in Italy, for example in December it was held in Genoa in which all profits went to charity after the disaster of the Morandi bridge.

Unlike how we can think even the MMA that seem a hard and violent sport have a regulation, a set of rules established by the athletic committee that must be respected in favor of sport, technology and non-violence, in fact the MMA are not only violence as an end in itself but a show composed of tactics, mutual respect and honorable.
The general rules for a meeting are
-The duration of the match consists of 3 normal rounds and 5 for the titled matches, lasting 5 min each round separated by 1 minute of recovery.
-The fighter will have to wear only shorts approved by the athletic commission, they will not be able to wear shoes, T-shirts or other clothes besides shorts, and obviously every fighter needs a mouthguard that is also approved by the athletic committee.
There are also some prohibitions to be respected during the match such as,
-To spit
-Put the fingers in the eyes
- Kneel from top to bottom
- Kneel and kick your head when your opponent is on the ground
- Any blow to the back of the head
-Check
There are various ways to win a match, especially if at the end of the 3 or 5 rounds all the fighter are still standing the victory verdict will be decided by the 3 judges who will award a maximum of 10 points per round to each fighter for each round finish the meeting with a winner by unanimous victory, split decision or draw.
Other ways to end the match are the KO or when the opponent can no longer fight or defend himself in an intelligent manner according to the referee, or TKO, the technical KO, when one of the doctors decides that the fighter can not continue the meeting. The last way is submission or to make a grip to the opponent making it surrender and then subjugate.
Whether to make a better show or to give a proper challenge to the fighters, the latter are divided into weight classes that vary depending on the weight in
Flyweight (53Kg-116lb)
Bantamweight (58Kg-126lb)
Featherweight (62Kg-136lb)
Lightweight (67KG-146lb)
Welterweight (71kg-156lb)
Middleweight (171lb-78Kg)
LightHeavyweight (85Kg-186lb)
Heavyweight (94kg-206lb)
And each of these categories has a champion with a belt that identifies him and has to defend other fighters who will want this belt and this nomination.
For women there are only two weight classes and they can not fight males.

UFC 234 has probably given us one of the most intense nights of this early 2019 world MMA. Yes, because despite the injury of Robert Whittaker, middleweight champion another match was held worthy of being the main event.
The one between Israel Adesanya and Anderson Silva, the first at the height of his 29-year career while the second at the end of his career now aged 43 years.
This difference in age is seen a lot during the whole meeting, starting from the beginning with a Adesanya full of energy and explosives in the octagon that attacks and manages to easily avoid the few attacks received by Silva who with her age now advanced has struggled to get to the end of this match, in fact, these matches was not very high technically with a Silva very slow and listless and a sticking that was held not to humiliate Silva, one of his idols that with what was said from Israel himself "grew up".
In fact, because of the age of Silva who made this match felt, it was much more a show than a fight, with Silva's almost silly dodges without a guard and with defiant but ironic glances, and with Adesanya talking and joking with his opponent after some exchanges. With a completely expected ending that saw Israel Adesanya winner points and a final full of irony and respect from both fighters I immediately thought about how much the age and the time affect the sports and in particular the combat ones .
I immediately say that time in addition to his mind the only other factor that characterizes the longevity of a fighter, in fact if the physique just train it with effort, effort and perseverance and the mind must have it right away, develop a passion for the fight since childhood and have the goal of being the best that helps you in the training process, the age can not be regulated in any way, "the worst enemy of a man is himself" and with himself it also means the age that if you want or do not want it advances and advances it transforms you, and for how much you can try to keep fit or in activity it will never be like when you were younger, there are only 10 years of difference between the two wrestlers but in the mind of Anderson Silva it will seem centuries that make a huge difference in this sport.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the  complete full-contact combat sport that exists, and is absolutely the most effective figthing sport. This martial art Is used for personal defense and is practiced by Police and military Force for training pourpouses. This is due to the fact that most of the blows inflicted in a "street fight" scenario are allowed in this discipline.
MMA combat takes place both on foot and on the ground, with the use of both grappling (ground, strangling, joint levers) and striking techniques (punches, kicks, elbows, knees). This sport therefore allows athletes of different martial arts to confront each other. Many define it as One of the most brutal sport, despite this MMA lately is having an exponential growth among the general public thanks to some organizations like Bellator or the best known UFC.
This sport like others is not only a challenge against an opponent or more but also against yourself, you must always be trained, aim higher and higher, without limits if not the age, the only obstacle, the only obstacle impossible to be overcome unlike the other obstacles that this sport teaches you to overcome, it teaches you to get up again, not to give up and to always fight with all the strength in our possession, in fact most figthers won't quit during a figth even if in critical situatios, usualy the only time a figthter quits Is during a submission when the pain is to much to overcome, most of the time however the referee has to stop the figth to prevent the atleans to get  injured.
One of the best features of this sport is the surprise effect since you can never know how a match will end, each attack can change the fate of the meeting, leaving you open-mouthed and upset every expectation, this sport can stir many emotions of amazement anger leaving you adrenaline and desire for revenge, want to do more in life and fight overcoming problems.

Quantity Is important as the quality of the food you are eating, uaualy people think that vegetbles are the way to be healty, but you have to find a balance.
Every food has a differt macronutrient, each one has to be absorve in differt quantity.
Every nutrient has a differt effect on our body.
