Did I ever mention that my Broadway Playbill wall is complete? (For now) I look at this wall and think of all the good times I've had at these shows, whether I was with friends or by myself and whether it was my first or second time seeing it. (Or third, Pippin) I've made friends through some of these shows that I still talk to today. I've made memories with friends that I went with to see these shows. I've met many great and inspiring performers at the stage doors of the theaters I went to. I'm in love with this wall. Whenever I feel sad or down, I look at up this wall, which happens to be right next to my bed, and smile. It reminds me that these shows not only entertained me, but saved me as well. Last night I realized something. Something my theatre nerd self finds awesome! On May 23, 2017 the Newsies live recording will be released on digital download. Wanna know what happened two years prior on May 23, 2015? I watched Newsies for the first time! It was on tour in Houston. My very first show on tour ever. Newsies! May 23, 2015 was one of the best days of my life and I fell in love with Newsies that day. Little did I know that exactly 2 years later, a live recording of one of my favorite Broadway shows would be released and I can watch it anytime I want. Thank you Disney for the show that not only changed my life, but saved it as well.

So last night was amazing! I got to finally see The Phantom of the Opera and I loved it! The cast was phenomenal! The set was just oh so astonishing. I honestly couldn't help but to tear up a little at some parts cuz it was so beautiful😍😍😍 And as you can see, I met some cast members as always. They were so nice and inspiring.
